First Knox Phone

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S5, neither will focus on a check. Other banking Apps work fine.

Worked great for a long time, now it says there is a system error and to call customer service.

I'll just go back to discover bank, they got it all down pat. So much for trying local.

Just needs some minor work. It allows me to deposit checks and transfer money without stepping foot in a bank.

I don't know what happened, but I'm inclined to agree with the other reviews. Your app simply does not work. Check your codes. Won't even let me log it.

I understand the need to be secure, but this app is over the top annoying, when it, for example, logs me out of the app if I plug my phone in while using the app. The mobile deposit feature would be nice if the camera would focus, but I did find out that if I use my wife's vanity lights that are equal to the power of 2 suns that I could finally get it to work. Overall the app seems clunky and incapable.

it worked for about a week. now I can't even log in. Just tells me to call customer service or contact my bank. done both with no success, I'm uninstalling. don't waist your time people.

App is alway errors out while doing transactions

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it still will not work!!! I also already went to my branch a couple weeks ago, and they said it should be ok and they were working on it but it STILL WILL NOT WORK!! So UNINSTALLING!!!!

Getting really tiered of the system error. I can't even log in to my account witch is super bad because this is one of my most important apps. Going to try to uninstall and reinstall for the 5th time.

OMG THIS APP IS SO FRUSTRATING PLZ FIX IT I have to click on the app anywhere from 3 to 10 X to get it to open we love having this convenience so we would love if it gets fixed.Ok I just don't understand why this app ain't fixed or took off of the play store IT IS THE WORST! !!!!'!'

At first I really liked this app. Now it wont work. I have deleted it, re-download it, and even set up a new account. Still wont work. Very frustrating.

Every time I try to deposit a check...the app dies. What is the point of having the app? Very frustrating.

Outstanding app. Had so many problems going from browser to browser on android (ice cream sandwich) and finally an app!
