It is a good start and easy to use. No real details in the Crime Reports about any of the incidents or sex offenders. Once the details are added to the app then it will be very helpful to the user. Should be more transparent with the information. Right now, if you see something in the Crime Reports that you want to know about they want to call them or go to obtain a report copy. You could bypass the app and just call them. The app maybe more to assist the police then the tax payer to find out what is happening in their neighborhood.
