Op het gebied van bedrijfshuisvesting hebben wij zelfs ruim 15 jaar ervaring opgebouwd in de regio’s Zuidplas en Groot Rotterdam.

Wij willen ons blijvend onderscheiden. Zo waren wij het eerste kantoor dat actief met videoclips met voice-over werkte. Wij lanceerden de introductie van interactieve plattegrondtekening. Wij zijn trendsetter op het gebied van het toepassen van de 360 graden fotografie en pikten als eerste de vrijwillige veiling op. Wij hebben een eigen Woonmagazine en ons kantoor is 6 dagen per week geopend. En dat alles tegen een concurrerend courtage!

Vanzelfsprekend zijn wij op Social Media zeer actief. Op Facebook zijn wij zelfs opnieuw trendsetter met een van de meest bezochte pagina’s uit de regio.

Ons team bestaat uit 8 medewerkers. Een hecht team met korte communicatie lijnen dat slagvaardig en betrokken is. Een tikkeltje eigenwijs maar tegelijkertijd gaan wij voor niets minder dan het beste resultaat.
