JH Tapped

I used the JH for years but after the 1-16-17 update the app now shows it has Malware & my phone will not allow the app to be used. Please fix this

Great app. All the mountain info you need. Some issues with tracker, but technical ones, not design.

Good for the map, location finder, lift status and mountain info. Not enough stats on your runs though.

Looking forward to using the app during an upcoming trip to JH. My one concern is that whenever I do a security scan on my Samsung phone it identifies the JH app as possible malate and suggests I unintelligible it. Would be nice to get feedback from the developers about this.

This app doesn't work anymore. I have used it for years and just the last few days it won't track. Completely useless

I wanted a tool to help me with my JH trip. This is awesome.

Best Jackson Hole app ever!!!!!!!!

Jackson Hole's app was great until this morning's update. My phone now says there is a virus with the app and removes it. This is on a Samsung S7 Edge on Verizon.

App won't let you move the app to added storage in your phone.

I thought this was really cool until I realized the tracking feature uses GPS versus how Vail epic mix keeps track of you by the RFID in the pass. would be great if JH integrated this with the lift gates since they already have the RFID in the pass and have you go through a scanner for each lift. that way my battery would not be drained. how has Vail had this for years and no one else has it?

I used this app all winter, loved it. Loved it! Then my phone broke, got a new phone and boom all my season.....gone..... :(

This app had a lot of great features, especially for tracking and replaying you're runs for the day. The problem is the interface for navigating around. The development team should review the Android style guides and best practices. On many screens the affordances are weak at best. Why is there a menu when I hit the hamburger button? What does this icon mean? Why am I pressing the sharing icon to replay a run. Clean up the UX a little bit and this app is perfect.

The new app looks stupid from a graphic stand point. The icons are so big that they roll over into a second page. Are you trying to make it easier to to hit the icons with ski gloves? FYI people have to take ski gloves off to use the app.

Not up to date. Still shows weather from summer. Way to go jhmr.

Get the web cams and lifts going. I know its early season but cmon man!

Current Conditions is showing last updated June 20th of last year. Also, a webcam showing freeze frame of summer conditions and base of Thunder cam is from Nov 27. Needs fixing!!!

Keep u up to date with the mountain and its way faster than going online to do the same thing

Downloaded this in advance of my ski trip in two months. It is killing my battery on my Note 3. It's burning through more battery than my screen is. Maybe they will figure out the issue and fix it.

Heading up to Jackson Hole this week for spring skiiing. Gonna be a blast and this app really helped keep me updated

actually really nice and well updated. encouraging people to get on their phones on lifts with frozen hands though sucks and will result in some dropped phones from lifts

You quit showing events and why dont you show every webcam?

Good information on the app, very useful. also an A+ dev team, they immediately responded to an issue & fixed in the next release

Worked fantastically until the most recent update, now won't open (force close). Is a fix on the way?

Even with the most recent update that is suppose to fix this the app drains my battery and slows my phone. What's crazy is that it does this when the app isn't even opened or in use. Massive power hog!
