Rukkus Event Tickets

I bought 2 great End Zone tickets for the Copa America USA vs Argentina for $600. yesterday. And like StubHub the tickets were advertised as E-tix... BUT Unlike StubHub I was not able to automatically download the tickets, instead it said I was going to receive an email to print. Waited 2 hours with no email, I called to only get a voice mail & leave a message. This afternoon I get an email saying I was getting a refund because the tix were no longer available. BUT they are still 4 sale w/a higher price.

Hefty taxes and fees make tickets almost double what I could have gotten them for at the teams official website. Had trouble finding a way to contact them regarding an issue with my tickets. I would never recommend this service or use it again.

Searching for Raptors tickets...says lots are available. When you click on the event listing that brings up the map there is literally NOTHING showing on the map. Cannot access any tickets to purchase.

Made a purchase checkout looks fine but can't seem to find it afterwards, checked with Credit card company and found out they charged me but I didn't get my tickets.

Worst app and site . Expensive tickets, no refund policy, bought tickets and they were suppose to be immediate print out and they were not. Bunch of theives

Deciving, told I was gonna receive 10% off after I sign up with email. Never received, discount! Also can't view electronic ticket Wich is discouraging.

Stopped working during the search for tickets...tried several times without success. Uninstalling!

Still can't place any credit cards orders in Canada because I'm not allowed to select my country and province in the billing info screen.

I would definitely recommend this app. App works great! Ordered the tickets and received them right away. I will definitely be using this app agian!

I searched for a week straight to get as close to the field as I could when the Raiders came to play Detroit Lions, and this site beat evert other site seatgeek, stubhub, and ticket liquidator came close but not as cheap. Also every site has taxes, and shipping, and fee's. However on Rukkus not only were the seats cheaper and the other combined costs were also. Thanks so much

This is a great app to have. I haven't brought a ticket yet, but I found some tickets for one event that I really want to attend. I think I will be using this apps more often.

Didn't end up buying any tickets but this app works well, flows well and is very well organized. You won't be disappointed!

They started charging fees and this has taking their pricing above other apps for the same exact seats. Doesnt make sense to continue buying from them

I ordered some Laker tickets for my dads Christmas gift. This was my first time using this site so I was sceptic. Long story short Rukkus came thru. Dad loved his gift. Will definitely order more tickets from here.

I think my tickets are resold which is OK. The time on the ticket I got was 2:05 when the game is really at 6:30 p.m. hope there was just a time change. Tix were originally purchased on July 14 probably a change since then. Any words rukkus.

DO NOT USE RUKKUS!! Rukkus claims they have a "Buyer Guarantee" policy, however, they did NOT stand by it after I purchased 2 concert tickets for $669. Rukkus failed to produce the 2 tickets I purchased after they realized that the tickets I purchased, that were listed on their website and I called to inquire/verify 3 times before I purchased were supposedly listed wrong?? I had researched several different ticket brokers attempting to get the best seats at the best price and not get taken advantage of. 2 of Rukkus employees verified the tickets that I was interested in & told me about their wonderful "Buyer Guarantee". Both reiterated the company's "Buyer Guarantee" policy, stating that Rukkus would locate another set of equal or similar value tickets, in a comparable location/section to the tickets that I had purchased as replacements if there were any problems with my tickets. RUKKUS claims this on their website, app and 2 of their employees actually told me on the phone. In the end Rukkus did NOT stand by their own guarantee policy, were rude, supervisor refused to let me speak with anyone else and I did not get my tickets!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I purchased Denver Nuggets Tickets (Game my kids wanted to take me to for my birthday) we bought tix 6 rows off floor for $31 each (6 tickets), email came with tickets that were 10 rows further up. Rukkus told me too bad nothing they would do about it! The seats i did get were fine, but i could have bought those same tickets for $17 each, so i paid almost double for tickets that should have been much closer. Only thing they did that i appreciated was call back after my complaint, but their answered was, oops too bad, nothing we are going to do about it. The Site doesn't have any type of history tracking so really tough to go back and look at what was done or ordered. Customer Service said if i had a screen print of what i ordered they would be able to do something?? Disappointed, make sure you have a Screen print of your order to avoid any discrepancies.
