Have 2 seagate NAS devices- a goflex and seagate 2 drive nas. Just not able to connect on android to either device. I wrote a similar critical review almost a year ago. In that much time nothing has changed. Pathetic attitude

When one invests good $ into seagate products, one would expect good software support. Android platform is a complete let down. There is NO supported app for the NAS Pro models?! WTF Seagate. 6 new seagate Nas drives + NAS Pro unit & I have to resort to 3rd party apps. You need to much better Seagate, seriously. BTW, Where is s drive ffs?!

I have a seagate 2 TB NAS bay and i tried all the apps Seagate has and still cant access my files on it locally. Even if im connected to the network. Still no go. Apparently seagate cant get the most simplest connection to work. Tried ES File Explorer instead found all my network in a minute.

For those that say the app is bad due to nas220 or networked external drive read the app description, it's for the 4 bay and 8 bay business nas devices, I have the 4 bay rackmount nas and this works great
