Have 2 seagate NAS devices- a goflex and seagate 2 drive nas. Just not able to connect on android to either device. I wrote a similar critical review almost a year ago. In that much time nothing has changed. Pathetic attitude
When one invests good $ into seagate products, one would expect good software support. Android platform is a complete let down. There is NO supported app for the NAS Pro models?! WTF Seagate. 6 new seagate Nas drives + NAS Pro unit & I have to resort to 3rd party apps. You need to much better Seagate, seriously. BTW, Where is s drive ffs?!
I have a seagate 2 TB NAS bay and i tried all the apps Seagate has and still cant access my files on it locally. Even if im connected to the network. Still no go. Apparently seagate cant get the most simplest connection to work. Tried ES File Explorer instead found all my network in a minute.
Horrible app won't let me connect at all what's the point of having it remotely access if I can't even connect. Raging
Can't even connect
Not updated since 2014 do not waste your time.
Can't find the 4 bay NAS, throws "can't find specified endpoint" error.
Can't transfer files on the nas and is slow what's the point of this
Has no instructions on how to use. Online documentation does not match screens on Android.
For those that say the app is bad due to nas220 or networked external drive read the app description, it's for the 4 bay and 8 bay business nas devices, I have the 4 bay rackmount nas and this works great
Crap. Won't find my networked external Seagate H/D.
Can't find Seagate nas220 on same network.
Hi, anyone please help i cannot access my seagate 4bay NAS (STCU300) from this android app. But i can access it using web browser. Do i need to port forward?
Doesn't find my disk
Dont connect to my NAS220 in my local network !
None of the Seagate apps work very poor can't access my nas at all from phone or tablet. Have to use web as apps are poor. If you can't or won't fix can u release SDK o details of how we can connect and will create my own app.
