Complete and total crapshoot as to whether or not this app will work from one phone to another. Completely non intuitive user interface. Needs complete overhaul and regular updates.

Great to have it on my new phone but login issue is still a pain. whenever i start the app it says the previously remembered password is invalid, i have to uncheck remember so that i don't get an issue with too many invalid logins. Otherwise the app is great and very useful, just typing in the login info everytime is a bit much.

It's a pretty useful app. I like being able to look at signals without having to call central station. The logon problem is a pain the neck. Please fix it.

I find this app to be very useful, however as previously stated the login issue is a bit much. Honestly it has gotten anoying. I have entered the correct password repeatedly but it still does not remember my login credentials on initial start up. If that's the point why have a remember me section. Other than that it is a very useful app. Works great for a busy field service tech, and doesn't hold up the lines to central station.

Is this going to be ipdated so it will work with newer phones? Won't let me install on my Nexus 6

Updates have broken this app, uninstall until fixed. Kitkat 4.2.2

It's required everytime I open up the app. Please update and I will give more stars.

I used to love this app for work now every time i try to use it it opens to the login screen and then closes i tried multiple times even uninstalled and tried with a new download please fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen this program start up twice on my phone. Every other time it just crashes. I wish they would fix it!

I am a technician running SNapp2 on my LG Spectrum. The app worked great before I updated it a couple weeks ago; however, now after the update, it continually crashes on me. I keep getting the message "Initializing Database", and it completely locks up. I have to force stop the application multiple times to get it to work again. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. Please fix these bugs. This is a very useful app, it will be worth 5 stars once the bugs are fixed.

Great job guys! Used it to get real time signals while setting up a new account today. Another great tool to validate this quirky android. Update 11/15/12, margins cut off the descriptions of zones now. 12/16/12, doesn't work anymore. Razr Max.

Text gets chopped off of both ends by the background. Otherwise 5 stars.

New version is awful. Waist of time. Installed three times and still will not initialize. Please try to repair.

Doesn't even load

Application restart required or it just sits at the splash screen. Was very useful, but until they update it it's broken. It's been a few weeks so I expect it probably won't get fixed any time soon.
