Still very lag after so many updates, the app developer sure needs to put more effort. Others hotels apps are way better than this, please try Starwood and Marriott etc... After all you will notify how bad it is.

By far the worse hotel app I've seen. Dreadful to use and unfathomable slow. Shangri-La need to put this in the trash and start again! Hilton shows how it can be done.

Absolutely unusable. Needs work on critical journey path for the user, taxonomy of the app structure is convoluted and the navigation paradigm is confusing.

When you want to view your reservations the app makes you login again. The main menu UI doesn't work properly - the scrolling is clunky and slow and usually fails to select the option you want. Needs updating and generally lacks interesting features.

My Trip to Singapore: This app is really great for keeping track of your reservation and making changes. It makes it easy to find out needed information about your hotel when you arrive from your flight. I'm looking forward to me next stay with the hotel.

40 MB is just too big for an App. I have to unload some apps just to install this one, They should check the code and make it smaller for most people who do not have Large Memory in their mobile phone.

Worst hotel app. Surprised with how much we pay for being in a 5 star hotel, the app would be so crappy. Pixel XL. Constantly signed out. Takes forever to login, even when in Shangri-La wifi. Not larger screen adaptable. Definitely needs improving if you want people to use your app. Buttons don't scale at all... So half of the screen is where buttons are and the other half of the screen is where you have to touch to touch the buttons. Hope you improve it before my next stay
