Apps keep stating unable to connect to server. Tried many times since yesterday n today..not able to review n redeem from phone. Pls fix.

I was told to keep trying later as there's connectivity issues....

Can't checkout, can't review. Got a product which I reviewed months ago popping up saying it's not being review yet, buggy much.

Big fan of Samplestore but app still needs debugging. I can't check out.

There is no redeem button for the sample. So not able to click on the redeem button to put into basket.

I cant even redeem and order. How do I do so???

They keep sending emails to redeem, then the mobile app got no checkout tab n the website cant click to redeem, then it will be fully redeemed.. Pretty nonsense.

Hi, I can't checkout, it says my mobile number is used but it's my own account so of course it's alr registered. Due to that, I lost great opportunities (it became out of stock). Please helpppp, thank you :)

I tried more than 20 times to checkout on different days and none of the attempt was successful. The system simply hang there. Waste my time and interest on sample store. An app which fail its purpose is meaningless for downloading. The "display" inside the app also doesn't look nice.

The product is free, delivery is free, oh, btw you'll just need to pay 5.99 for the "handing fee". Convienent much?

Samples were well handed and sent in pretty zip lock bags. Prompt delivery. Good app and people should download it!! :) however, number of new free samples have reduced recently.. Please work on it?

I've gotten my samples for a few months but now it's just like... When I try to checkout it gets stuck at that page because it's taking a really long time? FOREVER.

App always hangs at the check out step. Very frustrating

I got my first free samples few days ago..eyeing some regular samples nw cos some of them are really worth it for the $5.99..

After almost 1 month seems to be the same few samples.

Doesn't load at all.. Waste app..

First time trying to check out with the app but every time I'm at the checkout page it doesn't load at all no matter if im using wifi or 4G. Just updated the app too btw..
