This perhaps is one of the best apps available for lovers of English literature ! It is rich in incredible features which make reading a great pleasure. It gives immediate access to read about the lives of the authors and anlyses and criticism about their work. All this absolutely free of cost to the reader ! What more can you dream of ? Kudos and thanks to the creators of this wonderful app!

The pages are all cut off in most every work I am looking at. It looks like they scanned 2/3 of each page out of existing books sacrificing about 10% of the binding side page's print. Good idea, terrible execution. I have a feeling everyone that rated this didn't actually read it.

If you don' understand publishing and royalties, you might continue to say stupid things like " books from the last ten years" or "ancient". Like most people of your generation, you're so obviously ignorant and dismissive of things you don't understand. Now you gripe about the AGE of the literature? This had got to be the stupidest generation of all time. Get a clue, you're being offered great works for free. Because the author's heirs royalties have long ago expired.

What's not to like? Easy to navigate, spoilt for choice. And for free! I would love to see it update so there are more works like a previous reviewer has said, but apart from that it's great to have all these works in one place, can't complain. A+++

Mmm I feel this app is good for literature students.... Cozz we can't find all the litrary novels of all authors it's very useful to find all the novels at a stretch in a same placee

Difficult to find books of interest. Some famous authors are missing. I cannot find Earnest Hemingway. I tied several spelling. Will try to get used to other authors.

Sentences are missing from the top and bottom parts of pages. Changed settings for font but did not help. Shame. Uninstalled.

Beautiful app. So much material in so compact a space is something I, and every other general reader, should appreciate very much. Of course, I carry around my select library everywhere I go but this is one bundle full of surprises and authors I knew nothing about. It would be a good idea if you people keep on adding more writers and optimize the app a bit so as to make it go a little faster. You have done great!

Easy to use, good selection, the aesthetic quality is good. There are some great authors here, but as several reviewers have pointed out, there are some gaps. I'd like to see a way to connect this to Goodreads and/or Facebook

By da way english literature has so much more that 100 gb also falls short....so in a limited space its a great offline app....

Excellent addition to a lifetime collection of priceless works by known and unknown authors of the past. And this massive collection has the greatest of convenience by just being so handy. It's a personal mobile library inside of one's pocket or handbag. Zillions of thanks!

Great application. All my favourite authors and their great works under one roof. Can't expect better than this.

I love reading a lot and this app is just what I need. It is very useful and convenient to find so many classics. I love the interface, too. So 5 stars, of course, but I think the reading experience would be more wonderful if we can adjust the screen orientation, brightness, fonts, or size. Thanks to the whole team.

When looking for a book it would ghost type and I could not find any Percy jackson so I'm sorry

it would really greatly if you will added some other writers, but so far so good, u cant find any other good apps like this that works offline.

Why all of these texts cant be shared to T2S(text 2speech) and all share that we can instead of only 3 app..f;b ,@

It is a treasure of classical literature app.Its really interesting and useful app to English readers. Specially I want to thank this app developers for their Mamoth task to compile all world litersture.I am enjoying a lot reading.

Amazing collection of books by the most famous authors. I happen to love Louisa May Alcott, and have a large collection of her books, this app had even more!

I would pay the two dollars to get rid of the ads on this app, but the books are all formatted for a 16:9 aspect ratio, and apparently isn't adjustable for a 4:3 aspect ratio. That's more annoying than you might think. Please e-mail me when this problem is fixed and I will buy the app.

Program takes forever to load the individual works... Fustrating. Had to update and reduce it to one star. Cannot believe how slow it takes to load a book. Dont even waste your time with this program....

Literally does what it says. Amazing. My favorite reading app. And I've tried many. Large choice of authors and books. You'll have to wait less than a minute for the loading but when you realise you'll have your book offline, that's nothing to worry about. Go for it.

I'm deeply thankful to the developers' team for this momentous work. Kudos to the entire team! Nothing could be more charitable than giving away this treasure trove of knowledge. I believe this app will make the lives of thousands and millions.

Thanks for the awesome app, genius, and i can read offline too! It also has the best collection .. i hope that you would add recent books of the last decade it would be a perfect app and i'll definitely give a 5 star .. but still again thanks for the effort for this lovely app

Earlier - two or three weeks ago perhaps - I had registered a less than glowing review of 2,400 BOOKS OFFLINE and I can say now with certainty that much of what was posted was flat out wrong. This app, as it turns out, is actually much better than I understood. And while I could hope for a bit more from it the truth is that it does exactly what's advertised ... namely: it delivers a reasonable selection of books for off line reading. Therefore I'd like both to congratulate the creator's for a job well done and to express my sincerest apology for such a poor and quite frankly unfair rating. A rating which wasn't so much harsh as it was flat out ignorant. ((What could be improved? The interface could be much more intuitive. Having said that its no excuse for one's own impatience.))

I have just installed this app in my mobile phone but it doesn't work or run at all...it took a while to be installed in my mobile but unfortunately all efforts ended in vain I think developer of this application need to look into this issue....

For those who want more recent books in this collection, look up "copyright. " You have to pay for those published within 75 years. From Chesterton and Bacon to Kipling, Haggard, Behn and Wollestonecraft, this is a handy library, especially since the best commercial readers don't work on Android.

Its impossible to sum up all the famous writers in a single app..there are so many African,Chilian,Indian,American modern writers but they are not here...don't think just get the app because its offline...Its a good app...my cordial request to the developers that make the app more perfect by including some modern writers...

Does not have any book I want and takes forever to load.

Doesnt seem to have a bookmark and although adds are expected... Most of the adds are so flashy you can not read the story. I put my phone in airplane mode to read...

With all works of authors together it's like a complete set.we don't have to search elsewhere.loved it.

Just downloaded the app and I am so surprised to see the collections! To be honest I did not expect that much! It is full of classic collections, very easy to read and handle and a perfect one!

All the great works in public domain with authors listed in alphabetical order. Minor niggles aside, great source for reading all the classics.

My whole school's favorite author was Jeff Kinney and he wrote the diary of the wimpy kid series, unfortunately they aren't there. Please add these 10 series.
