Wasted my time...showed rooms which are not available

I booked 3 rooms at Bangalore for 27th.. but unfortunately the host couldn't occupy me. I have paid 3600 but still now I dint get my refund. Worst app ever. No proper reply from customer care too. Please don't use this app to book rooms. Cheaters. I lost my 3600.

What is the cancellation policy in Stayzilla? I lost my 12000 Rupees :(. Even though i cancelled the booking before 2.5 days. How we can trust as a customer and book again via stayzilla?

Please don't use this app I had suffered the great forgery I paid the money for room but hotel didn't get confirmation regarding booking and my precious bucks is lost If one want to loose one's precious bucks then download this app ,it is an expert app in forgery Please don't make a booking via this app u will repent .....just like me

Worst hotel booking app. They deducted the booking amount as early as possible and didn't allot me a room. Then they told i will get the refund, its been 20 days and i haven't got any refund. Tried to contact their customer care, no reply. Don't book through this app. You will lose the money. Absolute cheating.

Big CHEATS! First they said use 100% credits to get more installs now they have imposed ton of restrictions on credits. Worst hotel booking app.. hotel owners don't even know whats stayzilla! Even the ones listed on it. Have to get each booking manually confirmed. Guests have to face a lot of hassle. Not at all recommended to anyone. The listed prices are much more than what the hotels actually charge.

Worst app ever. Earlier you said that full amount would be deducted from promo balance but after update it's showing only ₹1000 can be deducted and hotel rooms should be above₹3000. Very bad it's like cheating.

Post booking services & customer / hotel communication horribly degraded in recent time. Had a bitter experience in recent time, where we did not able to chk in in a hotel at Gaya, though booking successfully done atleast 5 months before. Earlier it was good when it was Inasra Tech pvt ltd

UNTRUSTABLE app...Earlier they said full amount would be deducted from rupeez amount..and now only ₹1000 deducted that too on above ₹3000...not fair enough..I refferd so many friends this app now I have to infrom all that its FAKE..!!WONT REFER AGAIN..! GOOD BYE

Great service by stayzilla , i booked a room in katra (J&K) INDIA. I ws very worried abt my booking at tht time like other users said but thre ws nothing like tht. Host confirmed my booking nd all the amenities as showned on booking page was given. I'm Happy with stayzilla :)

It's totally disappointing...in simple words plzzz don't use this app ever...They deducted money and sent confirmation booking voucher but at the end hotel staff denied..And staff is third class ....They will never solve ur problem and at end u will end up in wasting your money through mobile call..

A must have app for those who like getting screwed over. I booked a room, I pay the money, thinking all is good. Ten days later, out of nowhere, I receive an email stating that my reservation has been cancelled. There are no rooms available at this late date. I am truly screwed over. Unprofessional and chaotic is how I would describe this. Do not use this app. Absolutely appalling behavior from those behind it.

Worst experience ever.... do not use this app... bookes a room got an email saying cancelled and stated refund complete but even after 10 days didnt receive my money and no 1 will receive your calls at their horse crap call centre.... they dont response at all...

I have made a reservation on paying full amount to stayzilla.,however the payment is.not made to the hotel by stayzillla. I tried calling the CC could not reach anyone and no emails are working with them..finally saw company is shutdown. Who will refund my money?

Showing everything as sold out in Hyderabad. If you don't want anyone to book a hotel from your app then just take down the app.
