I recently had an issue with one of my cameras. We set them up awhile ago and stopped using them and I was trying to get them working again. I worked with a Michael Woods on the issue and eventually he established it was an issue with one camera. It was one month after the 1 yr guarantee...of course! But Izon stood by their product they are sending me a replacement no problem at all. I have not seen that kind of customer service EVER!!

The fact that everyone is asking for a widget to turn on/off all cameras but nothing has been implemented yet is kind of annoying. Besides that, the app is pretty basic. Your app is bad and you should feel bad.

Great mini camera system.... Only thing I don't like is that you can't go back to review ANY footage if the camera goes pass 25 images of recording, And I've gone into the dozens with recording frames. But since the cameras recorded over 25. You won't be able to view ANY

This app has never been updated in more than a year since I installed it. It seems Izon does not care at all about the app. And the 25 video limit is insufficient. Come on Izon do something! Show some interest in your clients.

The app isn't smooth, why do I need to log in everytime i open the app? It isn't a smooth experience overall. The camera are excellent but the app isn't living up to their quality. Also please implement an option to set your home location so once you leave the house they automatically come on.

No option to delete only few videos. Delete all or delete nothing. Videos more then 25 allocated for 1 account not playable. Doesn't matter how many camera's you have.

Ok when it works, but controls for starting or stopping motion detection are very flaky. I'm guessing the developer doesn't bother fixing problems because they have no revenue stream.

Ok, but I'd like to see a feature to allow clips longer than 30 secs be saved. Maybe able to save to storage too? And why only 25 alerts?

Records when it wants. Half the time the recordings take 5 minutes to buffer and then the other half are corrupted. doesnt work unless you're on the same network. Steer clear

Only allows 25 notifications...had a issue at home and the police could NOT watch the video due to the 25 limit...do not buy these

No update ever since. After you go over 25 recording you can't watch it anymore. I suggest buy a different brand.

25 alerts and no other recording option sucks. It's only useful for live viewing

The cameras are great. The quality is very good. When you update this could you PLEASE make it possible to load on my SD CARD? There could be an option to do so. Will there be an upgrade? My 25 videos are used up by noon. I do setup up my areas of interest. But monitoring my driveway is chewing up my 25 very fast. I'd prefer to upgrade my SD CARD so I have a copy and wouldn't need to bother you guys. Hoping to see a response. Thanks

Great idea but poor execution. App responsiveness leaves alot to be desired. 25 alerts do not cut it when you waste them trying to set the motion region because it keeps tripping alert's due to heat lightning. Kept getting errors setting region until I connected to my wifi network. Love the camera, hate the software.

Why give free videos and accustom people to then remove the feature after reach 25 alerts ? Every alert should come with 1 or 2 pics attached with the ability to save them locally to your phone or to retrieve them from the cloud. If an alert triggered an event I want to record then I can start recording and save the video (locally). The way it is it just cause confusion, frustration and hard to define the features. Do I get pictures ? Yes but mmm good luck retrieving the pics. Video ? Sure, when they want.

Flawless veiwing. 15 second delay which is not an issue to me. It records if you set the sound or motion sensors. I use it for the live viewing. Highly recommended

I must appraise the wonderful customer service of Izone cam which responded quickly and with great efficiency to a problem i had. The camera is amazing, enjoying great experience.

Love the cameras but the app needs work I am getting tired of restarting my phone over just to turn off the motion/noise sensors notifications

It is fun to see what the dogs are doing at home while I am away as well as who is coming up to the house.

I was having trouble with accessing the app with my LG Android 6.0 device. I reached out to the IZON help center. They notified me of the issue at hand. They also included me with the steps and procedures they were taking to resolve it. When the tech department updated the app and fixed the log in problem. Adam from the help center contacted me, to notify me the issue was resolved. If you are having trouble with the app. Contact the IZON help center. They are very helpful.

This is an easy to use system that works very well. I'm confused by some of the negative reviews. I'm able to stream my cameras for as long as I want in order to watch what's going on (the dog, usually sleeping). Each time they release an update to the app or camera, they add functions that make it even better.

The tech support people are tenacious about getting you up and running. I had some glitches which they helped clear up. Product is great.... after you get it up. I'm an Android user... so I had my doubts but hey...works great! I turn off motion and noise when home .... but activate when I leave. That gives me 25 recording sessions if the security is triggered when I'm away.!

This app work for 12 hours. And now it will not load on either my tablet or my phone. I'm very frustrated. I have 2 Izon wi-fi cameras, but they do me no good without the app.

Maybe I'll feel differently soon. What's up with only 25 videos/ day? Using for baby. I don't need to keep the videos, just want to see them and delete them.

App does exactly what is suppose to and the customer service is top notch. Had a couple problems and the reps worked hard to resolve the issues. Very courteous and very good at their job. Would highly recommend

Customer service is AMAZING! Cameras aren't great but they are affordable, mobile and get the job done for the price. I hope they come out with cameras suited for outdoor use. If you are looking for affordable indoor security with great customer service get these cameras.

Up until today, May 31, 2016, I was able too log in just fine. Now when I try to log in the app crashes every time. I am using an LG G5 with Android 6.0.1.

The only real complaint I have with the software is the inability to specify "active times" for each camera. I have one pointed at my pool and I burn through my 25 clips each day with real normal usage, which means if somebody hops in at night after I go to bed, then I am without recording space. It would be trivial to add this app, and would instantly make those limited recordings so much more valuable to be able to discard irrelevant times of the day, and wouldn't really require any substantial changes to any infrastructure. I really hope this feature is added soon as this will bump the review from a 3 star to 4.5 for me.

Not android compatible.. You need an ios device to make it work with Android. Customer service poor and unwilling to admit there's an issue

Motion activated. It records for about 30 secs by motion up to 25 times. So basically you can record 17 minutes a day, even if you delete old recordings. Why bother. Returning it. Application is a fail. Not a home monitor for sure. Any more than 17 minutes and you have to wait 24 hrs to move on. It goes beyond Pointless. WHY NOT JUST LET USER DELETE AS NEEDED? Fail to designer. No way to upgrade. Pathetic. 3.6 is generous.

Have Android HTC M8 one. Pretty simple to set up the hardware, but a firmware upgrade immediately after recognizing my 5.+ GHz Uverse seem to stall it out. But, it did eventually recognize my wifi, configure the camera and display. ===Be patient===WAIT... didn't get any install messages... But, after about 10 minutes its checklist started getting checked off and it worked without me doing anything else. (2 pages of things it was doing). Never saw the query. Did have the green-green/orange-orange blinking. When nothing seemed to happen after I supplied my wifi pw, I hit the reset button at some point. Eventually, I closed and reopened the app and finally got a firmware upgrade needed message. Plan 30 minutes for that. MAKE SURE your phone is charged enough for this download. Online support info was well written. HAPPY Picture: Afternoon. Clear focus, but colors are off. That's okay. ReFresh rate: A lag, but that's okay. I 'm watching the cat! and it's just fine -- I'm not shooting a movie. Model #: IZON VIEW WRM-WA3-00 My hardware/wifi skill geek level: maybe a 4 on a level of 10. I do want plug 'n play. ANDROID version I have: 6.21.+ (Marshmellow???)
