Moon Phases

Overall it's a great app! However there is a problem I have noticed with the notifications.. I have set all the notifications to notify me of events a day in advanced but it doesn't happen. Instead I get the notifications a day after the event happens. This is why it's a 4 star rating... When you have the time could you please look into this? Thank you!

Primary reason that I am looking for an Ephemeris app is to know the exact time of the lunar phases; New, 1st 1/4 waxing, full, 2nd 1/4 warning, last day old moon, repeat. This app is too vague for me. Thank you for your efforts though, not easy to do for all needs!

This app was great before the update. The moon phase page is terrible compared to how it used to be, and the notifications are 3 days late when you set them to 1 day before. It does me no good to receive updates after the event happens.

I am soooooo bummed! I just installed the update and I woke up with a totally different app:( it was the only place where I could see the whole month with the signs for each day. I do not have words to express the disappointment:( it was the best app before the update. Is there a way I can get the old version back?

Edit - just got the update..thanks for bringing back the widget! Keep up the good work! I'm going to continue using this because I love the new look. Just waiting for the widget to come back :)

I loved the original app but since the new update I HATE IT!!! I loved the feature of seeing whole month of moon /zodiac on screen now you just ruined it with the new update. Very disappointed customer here.

What the hell?! Where did the calendar go? I used to be able to pull up a calendar and see the phases for every day, every month so I could look a few months ahead and plan an event, now its gone?! I have to enter a date and just guess?! Please put it back the way it was

I used to love this, but hate the new interface. It no longer has the calendar view I got it for, and despite time zone edits, does everything in UTC, which is really inconvenient.

Won't use daylight saving time. Have to cheat and set false time zone. Why does set time come before rise time? Rise and set times useless. Has sun rising at 7pm and setting at 8am.

My only problem with the update is the calendar that I used almost daily is no longer a feature. I'm going to need that back. I'm looking for a new app...

I agree with many people on here that I would have liked to have seen the calendar stay around. I don't like the fact that you have to tap on a separate section to access the calendar for a specific day. I like the illustrations better.

The update is terrible. Both sun/moon rise and set are wrong and the calendar is gone. I have to uninstall it and look for another one.

I love this app AND the widget but this version is TOO much. Is there a faster way to shut off 90% of the notifications.? Like deselect all then select only the 6 I want? I'm not an astronomer, i don't need ALL this info but I love the widget

Yea! Widget is back! Working great so far, awesome update. I need to get into all it can do now. Great work dev.

This app was awesome before the update but now it's pretty much worthless. I won't be using it any longer.

this app sun rise/set, moon rise/set times are off. not accurate for the time zone i live in.

The widget is back, but only 1×1 not like the last one which was 2×1 which was a lot easier too see.

Notifications don't work, they notify the day after not before as settings specify

Would you please make a widget that has rise/set times, phase/shape, next phase (date and phase), and sign? I can't decide between the two widgets because I want ALL the info, so I have both on my screen!

Fun and educational. After update, notifications are one day off and rise and set are off.

As tends to happen, the update ruined everything. I would like the return of calender month views for moon phases and zodiac signs. Without those, you are useless to me. *EDIT: I have found a better app. Goodbye.

Missing "today" feature in the new UI. Also, missing current zodiac in the main mode, need to switch to another screen. Used to love this app for its simplicity, now added a lot of rarely needed stuff and made experience more complex

I really used to love this app but it took away the best feature (to me at least) was the diverse widgets. Lost this with the new update. Finding a new moon app

What happened to the widget? That's the biggest reason I downloaded it. The update is great except for that part.

It's perfect for checking what the moon is doing, especially as I'm led by it.....!

This app is a good one. Handy for viewing moon and other celestial objects.
