Vocal Pitch Monitor

Perfect app for pitch monitoring, tuning instruments, identifying musical notes and pitches. Its very useful for me to practice musical instruments and singing while monitoring that my notes are sounding perfect. I can identify the notes/sargam of a music piece with this app to play in a instrument . Features of scale change, graph colour change, recording and saving, etc are good. But there's a drawback, you can't name the file u r saving, its named automatically. i used to save many files, so its hard to identify a saved file later. Please fix this.

Friends pls read this review it will help you how to use the app and make u successful. This app helped me to practice on piano. If you want to practise saregama u can just open the applica tion and just play the note on piano or casio like SA / RE / GA etc. according to your scale make the app first listen the note on instrument so that you can get the lines on screen then you can follow it by bringing ur android device near your mouth with one hand and press the key on ur intrument and follow the sound to get the graph same with ur voice. Naturally u can learn 1000.....% with this app thanks to the developers. I do riyaz every day with this app and got much benefitted.

Great app! Just what I was looking for. Helps me visualize my pitch when I'm singing, giving great feedback. My only (tiny) complaint is it's a little hard to see the note lines for the scale on the right- the bar is really thin for the all black background.

Works perfectly. I just wish there were more "scale" options than major, minor, and chromatic. Maybe there should be a "custom" option where you could choose exactly which notes are in the scale and how many cents sharp or flat they are fine tuned. Or you could just include some common Persian and Arabic and Indian modes in the drop down list.

Seems good in theory but it is not prompting the OS for access to the mic which is a fatal problem. Because of this, no pitches can be picked up, which renders the app completely useless. Using Nexus 6p on Android 7.1.2. I'd love to give it another try after the big is fixed though.

I'm so sad, because this application can't tell me my lowest note. I can slide down C1 easily, it doesn't show me notes below C1 and probably I go lower than B0.

This is really well done! Tracks pitch very smoothly. It can even deal with multiple instruments (it can't track them perfectly, but you can see them go by). Highly recommended.

That's the best pitch analyzer for composers who can't recognize the pitch themselves. You don't need to be a very good singer to get your melody. Bravissimo!!! I'll upgrade to paid version :)

This is the app I've been looking for my whole life. I like how much I can do with the settings to customize. I was wondering, can I pay to remove Ads?

i am wild about this app... thanks so much to the creator. originally used it on galaxy s5... now using on galaxy note 10.1 2014 tablet... and the larger size is easier to see while performing. I also really like the recording function... cause i can listen to my practice and do ear training as i play it back.

Its been 6 months since this app has been through my singing journey and I can say I couldn't have progressed as fast without this app. Maybe it's going to be along for a whole lifetime now.

Well, overall, it is a great app but then it cannot detect pitches C8 and above which I can make occasionally when I try. Is it my microphone?

Amazing, works perfectly as expected. I wish there was option to change Note Names to Sa Re Ga Ma ( it's a simple feature, which saves so much time for me )

Amazing app however it would be good if there was an option to have a layout like a piano with the pitch line shown on top of it

Would be absolutely perfect if it had an option for live playback/monitoring. Would give bonus points for optional reverb, etc.
