A forum is mandatory to chat and find the issues of mobile device. Here this is the bunch of same mobile users and hence can able to get the views of upgradations , fault identification and much more. All other mobile companies should follow this procedure at least. YU provides good customer feedback and 24*7 customercare.

The app was working fine for me for some days but now it just doesn't works. It keeps saying Connecting to server even when I have a working net connection. I can open Yu forums through a browser but the app just seems to be stuck at that error message.

Loved the community of YU. Simply Awesome. For ..beginner it provide ample guide to Root & troubleshooting. For moderate users ...it provide regular updates and posts about newly released ROMs with instructions & chat room for any sort of problem. Absolutely needed for a YU phone owner who wants to be UPDATED in Android community.

I am able to view all the forums and its thread but i have issues opening the download links provided. it takes us to invalid web page. Some moderators mentioned it was issue of this app being outdated. Some material design would be appreciated. -Yureka Plus user.

I bought YU Yuphoria yu5010 model from amazon 6 month back. That time called to YU service center their guy told me that YU Provide door step services if in future you will get any issues in your phone. Now the new scenario is that last one month ago my phone having speaker Issue(Muffled sounld with noice). I called to YU customer care, He Said that now we had changed our policies! Now you have to submit phone to micromax service center. Wait for 1 month and no guarantee your issue would be solved.

Mods can give timely updates to avoid confusions in the forum. Also give space in a thread, like in xda, to display most thanked updates in a thread

I have verified many times but it still says 'you don't have permission to view or respond'! I am not able to ask questions too.

The account confirmation process can not be completed... I tried like, 10-20 times.. with the app and different browsers and all... But.. no result... The confirmation link which was sent to me on my e-mail, when I'm clicking on it, a prompt dialogue box occurs and says "Open With...Yu Official Forum".... I'm doing it and have done it for so many times but there is no such activities...

I have update my YU yureka to 5.1. This update not comes with features it's come with many new bugs like auto restart and auto lock. Baddest mobile company I have ever seen in my life.

Dnt buy their fon i have purchased their fon on 16july2015 and after 4 mnth its battery was getting some problem which could not get resolve by its service centre.. and after 5 month of its purchase date it got some dots in its screen edges which i have found in almost all yuphoria handsets and again the customer care executive told me that "we dont have any kind of solution for this issue and this issue has found in almost all yuohoria handsets and we will resolve it soon" and told me that again and again

I call YU support and Mr.Abhishek also told for replacement, he forward my case in front of seniors of YU company.. With ticket I.D. 2454628 dated 7/5/16     After that I received three calls from yours end , two from Shruti and she said I send a mail with contains... Please go to the service centre and they make jobsheet after that YU company verified if handset repair or otherwise we replace it...as per warranty rules. But she lie and she didn't send this

I signed up from app and my date of birth got set at Jan 1, 1970. I cant manually change it even. Support group's response is as quiet late.

Changing your brand name will not change the underline company values. This company has only one strategy just sell whatever they can, create electronic waste. I feel like YU phones are not tested for even single day, the movement any Android flavor can boot there hardware just start selling. From the first day there is heating, hanging & restart issue. 6 month WiFi issue, 1 year camera gone. Worst they don't repair device but replace with refurbished (scratches) device. Customer support is "AWESOME".

And sometimes weird things happen: my profile picture is shown for other forum members. I have to reopen the thread to correct it. There are other bugs also like pictures don't load even with full internet access etc. Please solve these issues, then it'll become a five star app.

It is good to share our issues related to our phone in a forum and easily find solutions with the help of another user. But later I find n no. of issues for different users. YU have to find a perfect solution or shutdown the company very pathetic software support..

What is purpose if having forums, without giving an option to reach out to you. And about phone getting over heated like hell. I tried to install thermal cooler, which says I am not a super user privileges, root your device. I am really fed up with all of this. I am not going to review the rating, until heating problem is fixed

Yu yureka unfortunately I bought yureka 6months ago restart problem heat battery problem... Then after 5.1 update it became the most bug-giest phone ever.. Auto lock auto wallpaper change.. Restart hang issue .. The customercare are the Top in the fraud list.. So careful guys don't buy YU products.... Its a trap.. You will lost your money sure! The app is even waste don't download this *"&%%.... App

I will not recommend this DTDC service or Yureka Phones for anyone in India. My experience: Yureka company has dispatched the phone through DTDC service & it's not still received at my address. But They are saying its been 'Delivered' by DTDC service. Now who will take care of it? Who's responsibility is it to deliver at right consumer at right address? Yureka staff says they do not know any thing. DTDC says they do not know any thing. From few days I have routed here and there because no one knows anything about this delivery. I have been waiting from last 3 months of my parcel to get delivered, Now being a loyal consumer, I am suffering like anything.
