App asks me to sign in with vs account or Facebook. Don't have Facebook but I have a vs account. There's no option to sign in with my vs account. One star till fixed.

When I added an item to my wish list the drop down menu stopped responding so I can't search for items without knowing the exact name. I wish I could look up groups of items.

This company does not have the customer in mind! I purchased the DNA200 by vapor shark which is a $200 box mod with temp control. I received it and within 2 days i was shipping it back to be repaired. They did replace this one! However, less than 3 weeks later (mind you I have had 8 box mods and atleast 15 mechanical mods over the past 4 years) the vapor shark dna200 stopped charging. I shipped it back and they told me i had to pay an additional $100 because it was exposed to E-Juice! Are they kidding? No

Sent me a new round glass tube for my Sub tank and shipped it in a flat envelope. When it arrived completely destroyed they accepted no fault, blamed UPS. UPS didn't pack a round glass tube in a flat envelope and not even mark it fragile and refused to overnight me a replacement.

Needs an update very bad. Once you add one thing to your cart you can NOT open any other links or open anything at all. I try to use it all the time and it's always the same thing.

App broke after update, all i see is the picture and i cannot touch anything but the picture.
