I cannot even look up my reservation! Small window show up for a second, I cannot even catch what it says! After couple more click I was able to read and it says tha I cannot view my reservation on this app I have to call office! And why you bother to develop this useless app!

I can't even locate my booking in the mobile version, only on desktop. Which defeats the purpose of having an app. Please fix your bugs as the app is mostly useless at this point. Thanks.

Poor airline app. No personal login, doesn't allow non Turkish card, doesn't show gates on flight status, difficult to manage

Website says can't use mobile devices to complete check in and I need the ap. Download the ap and it doesn't work ! Very very poor planning. A pointless ap that will now be deleted from my device!

My boarding pass disappeared from the app after I checked in. Awful application you can't see your trips....

Can not look up reservation. Says "There is no airport matching the criteria you have entered."

Not happy that I cannot open boarding pass when offline. Defeats the purpose of using the App.

Useless can't find prices for anything and nothing. . Always no available prices for flights...

Nothing is saved to the app, boarding passes and flight information can't be retrieved without a connection to the internet. You'd think that if I check in using this app I'd have access to my boarding pass but it's not saved locally so I have to input my reservation number and name every single time

You can't pull the p your boarding pass if it's less than 90 before your flight's departure. There only way to view it is by checking in.

Basit ama eksileri cok, PNR hatirlamama,APIS hatirlamama, IST tüm alanlar seceneginin olmamasi ilk akla gelenler

I hope someone from Turkish Airlines will take my comments seriously. For this application to be better, they should have the miles and smiles implemented, also to be connected to it all times to show my flight details all times, alarm of coming flights, show gained miles and many other information. Another important factor for me is that they should add multi destination option for people like me who buy tickets on turkish airline to more than one destination at same ticket.

OMG... So disappointed with app, why do I need to keep on entering the e ticket every time.... I love Turkish airline.... But they really need to make their app more user friendly... I ve tried BA, easy jet and Ryan apps all been soo easy to use

Need to enter my account details all the times, need to put down the booking number all the times to find a booking... not good. Have used klm/air France, United, emirates... all are going really well... disappointed with you app Turkish!

Useless. Won't let me check in, the only reasonably useful information it gives is the ability to check flights are on time urgently even then that's nothinf that a quick Google doesn't give you. Disappointing and I'll be deleting the app. Carries on with the 'don't care' attitude seen all over Turkey, from my hotel to my work site. I hope to never have a need to return.

Kind of useless to offer mobile boarding pass when they erase themselves every time you leave the app. Saving mobile boarding pass is the most basic element of airline app. If can't get that right, what's the point...

I am a heavy user of Turkish Airlines Company and fly with it about 50 flight segments per year or more. My comment is not about the Company, but about this joke of application. It seems it was written by some undergaduated student and no one of the Company had paid attention to the usability, comfort, and just business sense of it. The app lacks such basic function, as an opportunity to save your own profile with Miles & Smiles number, passport details, etc . Why in the hell one has to fill all this every time? Recently the app has stopped to recognize Turkish own PRNs (reservation numbers), always asking to write down a ticket number as well. Guys, PRNs were created to avoid long ticket number typing. As was said before, app is not producing and storing a boarding pass:instead of creating one within itself, it trigger a copy to be sent to email. I am not speaking about absence of many advanced functions, as having all your reservations que in a profile, ability to order food , upgrade or other service via it, storage of the wife and children data for the joint flights... All in all, it looks more like a cheap wrap-up over internet interface than a proper app. It is a shame for THY to have such low level product under their brand

Useless application, no good customer support from Turkish airlines. I'm very disappointed that I've choose TK miles card, can't submit missed miles and received useless stupid replies from Turkish airlines customer support.

Unuseful if there is no Boarding Pass available and have to go to a check-in counter even I don't have luggage. Waste of time and space on my mobile

Liars and thieves.. a ticket that i booked wuth flexible cancellation was non-refundable totally..

The app is decent for comfortable online reservations, bookings & check in. İn terms of Air Travel, they've set a high standard in Safety, High Quality Service & Customer Satisfaction !! Ps. The food, its just amazing, you got to try it for yourselves. Bon Voyage ;)

Its a useless app. You can not even see your reservation. You can only buy a ticket with this app. Even their website has no function

Lack of basic features such as saving one's bookings. Have to put in your reservation number and surname every single time you want to access your booking from the app

Still the same bullshit like a few years ago, SSL error during check-in, Erdogan's code?!?

Doesn't allow most online checking or boarding passes. Is slow and won't save your frequent flyer number so that it can easily pull up flights etc. Worse than the website if that's possible.

This app is just a show. Can not check flight status, can not manage a booking & is not dedicated to one person use.
