I have used it at both Disney and Universal studios. Saved lots of time and backtracking.

Did not work at all, frozen at the login screen please give me my money back.

The flexibility of plans and the ability to customize every aspect of park visits have been so helpful.

I used this app all the three days I was there it was really helpful and they answer all your questions about the parks

This app was a huge help saving time standing in line. Gives wait times for rides in real time.

Good app for posted and real wait times for standby, BUT the single rider line wait times are way off. For example, I went to ride Gringotts at 1:46 pm. The posted single line wait time was 12 min, standby 60. Got to the ride from single rider line at 2:21. Actual time 35 min. I tried to 'time the wait' but this only calculates wait time for standby, no way to post about single rider. For those looking to minimize wait times it was very inconvenient.

Having trouble figuring out how to have multiple parks on one plan. Was in the universal app and selection of one button (forget exact one) took me to WDW app. Scrolling thru lists of choices, the list goes black and cannot be read. Not finding help within the app.

Have planned my days now let's see how close the guru's say it will be! Will update in one week's time. Well...we got back from put trip yesterday and let me tell you, with the app we saved lots of time. So much so that with the app along with Universal Express, we rode all the Harry Potter rides again and again (Gringotts we did 5 times). With the app I was able to edit when we decided to head back to our hotel for an afternoon nap and still had no issues seeing everything. Thanks Touring Plans!!!!!!!!!

LOVE this app! I use it along with the book: Beyond Disney: the Unofficial Guide to Universal Orlando/Seaworld. It was great on arrival day because we got in the parks so late (around 10am). This app helped us change our plan by showing us which order to tour the Wizarding Worlds, adjusting for our late arrival. (Plug for the book- one example of how great the info is: yesterday we applied knowledge from the book to help BOTH of our adult Potter fans get selected (in 2 separate showings) for the wand choosing ceremony at Ollivander's!!! What a highlight!!!!) This morning we had trouble getting our whole crew out on time, so missed all but 10 minutes of the early entry hour. As we used this app to navigate our ride schedule on the fly, it kept the crowd behind us so we were able to ride tons of rides, AND re-visit Diagon Alley, all before noon. (No wait time over 5 minutes). Indispensable tool to get maximum enjoyment out of your time in the parks...

So handy and easy to use! Only thing I didn't like was I can't update my notes from the app - online only but it's not a huge issue. Great app!

This app makes my android look like an iPhone! Aside from the lame UI it kind of serves its purpose as long as you pay the $5.99 a year subscription fee.

This application helped me to visit all the rides my family wanted without paying for an express pass! We were at Universal Jan 4-6 which are 7/10 in business. We arrived when the park opened. Followed the custom plans I created and finished by 5 PM at both USF and UoA. The user interface could be improved and sometimes the app would add a duplicate ride or dinner entry (you then delete). Should subtract one * for that; but the application IMO is so useful I am rating it a 5.

I loved this app! I'm a Type A vacation planner and this was my family's first trip to an American theme park. The app let us plan and optimize our rides in advance and on the fly based on wait times. We never waited more than 25 minutes for any major Universal ride, even though we were there at a peak time (spring break).

Great app for saving time in the parks. Very much worth the subscription. Easy to use both on the computer and in the app to make updates while in the park. Posted wait time for one ride was 150 minutes, in app 76. Wait was 74 minutes - highly accurate.

A terrific app for anyone planning a trip to universal Orlando. Yes you need a subscription, but 5.99 for a yeah is less than buying 1 can of coke per month. A bargain for what you get.

I used this on a recent trip during spring break. This app allowed me to skip lines in real time. It was on par and amazing at predicting where crowds were and supplied tips on how to avoid them. This is a MUST if you are attending Universal Studios. I also strongly recommend their book which has TONS of useful information on this topic. Also subscribe to them to get optimum use. It is only $6 a year and totally worth the hours of wait time it will save you.

Have a question for the developers. I would like to upgrade to the full version but I have put my credit card information in a few times and though I know it is accurate the app rejects it. It's possible there is an older version of my card on file, same number, different dates and security code, but I don't know how to continue. Have used the Disney App in the past and love it. Would love to have access to more information on this one. Thank you!

I've only used the app with a subscription, so I could make abs view my touring plans while at the parks. Look for a coupon code abs the subscription is cheap. Worth it especially if you go during the Summer or holidays when it's crowded

I have used touring plans for 3 years. They make great plans that can guide you through a busy park with ease. The only complaint I have is that the location can be off although that may not be an app issue.

This was our second trip to Universal but our first with the app. It was so worth it to know the wait times and when best to go! We were also able to design our own plan to travel through based on the things we wanted to do and things we wanted to skip as we only had two and a half days. So easy to use and just an amazing tool!!!

I am a long time user oftouring plans website. Now the addition of the apps makes planning and managing my vacations a thousand times easier.

We have used touring plans for all 3 of our orlando vacations and they have saved us tons of time and money!

Touring plans has been wonderful in helping me plan my 40th Birthday Bash...hope all works well when it's Arrival Day

App is now smooth and responsive. The information is spot on and extremely useful. Website has great Disney World hotel information. Thanks to them, i got the room I wanted. Well worth it.

Failed to upgrade my account. I showed them proof of payment and they still required me to pay an additional amount. Terrible customer service. If there was a negative star rating I would choose that option.

I am an obsessive vacation planner. This app, especially when used in conjunction with the Touring Plans website, has been invaluable for me. From being able to track attraction wait times, to updating my own touring plans, to getting restaurant menus and prices, I have used it constantly. I am also a huge fan of the chat option, where you can connect with others who can answer your questions and offer advice to help you have the smoothest vacation possible. I highly recommend this app!
