I can't even register a account! Keeps telling me I'm timed out. How can I be timed when I have not made a account! Will give higher stars when I can actually get my account working.

This app allows me to register and then I get to attempt to connect to device for hour after joyful hour of "timed out" error message.

I was having a problem with registering because below the log in the register portion wasn't hilighted. I pressed on it anyway and it took me to another screen to register. Will write more latter, once I get camera going.

worked well a couple days. now I try to log back in and all I get is timed out message. can't even register a new account. I have a useless camera now

This is a horrible application it worked for one week really well, and now all it does is timeout when I try to login. Sorry

Great app

On an android i can not delete files from the app, but I can from an apple device. I wish i could pause, fast forward, or rewind playback.

Doesn't work

I've had this for 3 months and it NEVER works when I'm trying to open it. Keeps freezing, says there's an update but there isn't. There's a free app that always you to use old smart phones and it works a million times better, allows you to store motion activated feed etc with out all this cost and hassel. Wouldn't get this again.

Terrible app.Keeps freezing up. Works for less than a minute then you get a popup saying there is an update but, there is no update. Unfortunately, when you cancel or hit OK it stops the feed and you have to close the app and maybe you get the feed back on the first try. Records intermittently. Creates lots of files that are unreadable and usually at critical moments. Fix it PLEASE. At least get rid of the update request.

I gave them a chance but this is never going to work. Big waste of time and money

This is probably one of the worst apps I ever installed. Way to buggy. After three days still not working. Customer service just as bad. I would stay far away from this one if I was you.

Works once in a blue moon not reliably though. And the remote viewing is a bunch of BS

Nothing but problems

Had it working for about a minute but nothing since then and not sure how to fix.

Biggest waste of money ever. Followed all steps, then when I want to change password it timed out. Also only worked when I was in the same room. Does not connect with my Wi-Fi for remote streaming.

Literally 30 minutes into registering my new camera I can't access it! I factory reset the camera and have restarted my phone. Still cannot access the camera even after re-registering the device (with my non factory password?) I am a professional networker and will tell you this app and connecting devices do not work for android phones.
