このアプリでは、定期的にする行動をカテゴリに登録することで簡単に履歴が管理できます。

まずは、カテゴリを登録します。
１．アプリ起動後に、「カテゴリ」タブを選択
２．「カテゴリ」名を入力して「追加」ボタンを押すことで、
　　カテゴリの登録ができます。
　　カテゴリ登録後に、「変更」ボタンを押すと、
　　カテゴリ名の変更と有効/無効の切り替え、カテゴリの削除が
　　できます。

カテゴリを登録したら、後は、カテゴリに登録した行動をするたびに、
登録をしていくだけです。
３．「登録」タブを選択
４．「何やった？？？」ボタンを押せば、登録ダイアログが出てきて、
　　カテゴリの選択、メモの入力ができます。
　　この時、無効としているカテゴリは表示されません。
５．「登録！」ボタンを押せば、履歴を残せます。

履歴から検索したい場合は、「検索」ボタンを押せば、検索キーを元に検索できます。 "By the way, did you do when there?"
