The worst service I've ever had. The water delivery was done after 6 hours of scheduled delivery time and the guy who came to deliver over charged and literally threatened me to pay more. Customer care is so useless that they don't even respond to calls. The guy was so rude and arrogant that he asked me to raise a complaint n also to stop ordering from next time. I highly recommend people not to use this as it is very unsafe. And whosoever is responsible, I want an immediate response on this.

Water is not delivered even after 24 hours of booking. No information on whether water will be delivered or no. Customer care number is useless. No one picks the call. Do not waste your phone memory and data by downloading this junket app ever hosted on play store. Would give -5 for this

Ordered 5 hrs back still waiting for the water to come. Have called the customer care 10 times already and still no clue when I will get the water. Pathetic service stay away

Had to wait for 3 days for water in this summer just to get calls promising the delivery in 30 mins which never happened. Done with these scammers. Never trust this app especially in the summer.

Initially it was pathetic. Now a days it depends on their mood. If they think you worth the service, they will. Or else forget it..may be next day or next day...some day the water can is expected...all the best to the customers:) Please avoid such cheap service.

As per their chart rate & customer care, they charge ₹50 for water can & ₹100 deposit for new can & ₹150 for dispenser which is ₹300 in total. But in reality you have to pay ₹50 for can & ₹150 for new can & ₹300 for dispenser. That sums up to ₹500 and they have a very rough attitude of not giving damn about the actual rate. Beware!

The quality of water is not good. On top of this, after placing the order, they don't deliver water for days. Can't rely on them. Bye bye

Here is your reward for not meeting commitment made to your customer. 60 minutes is a bloody lie they advertise. Untill they get a call they never deliver as per the order made via the app. What is the purpose of having an app when you need to call for every order? Hope you'll learn your lesson like this. In today's day and age where one bad word spreads faster than any amount of achievement, you cant escape with such white lies. Stop fooling people. Even your vendors speak against you.

We are using this app from the time the developer of this app came to our flat and circulated there leaflets. Very unpunctual 65℅ of the time jar is not delivered on time. Even yesterday we tried calling the nor given on the app was not able to connect to them.

Have been using for quite some time and haven't been disappointed yet. Keep it going

The water is not pure. It is contaminated and the dirt is visible too

Don't download waste of time

Delivery is always late, sometimes on the next day..because of this if I bring water from somewhere else then they refuse to exchange cans.

Would have given negative ranking had there been an option. Just hopeless service.....ordered at 7pm...called customer service twice at 8.45....then it get switched off. These start ups should go to hell
