I have ordered items & I have rcvd items early before date & in great condition.

This app is so buggy! Every time I try to put something in my cart, look at pictures, or sometimes even try to view an item the app crashes or toggles strangely or just doesn't update. I wanted to buy stuff, but I ended up having to buy from another store because this app is so frustrating to use. Fix it so people can give you money!

Frustrated because my idea boards with saved items disappeared completely one day, and then when I started new ones they only saved the first few items or showed up as "null". I'm moving from an apartment to a house and would like to save a list of items to buy. This is really inconvenient and I will be looking elsewhere for items for my home.

More times than not my boards will not show and when they do show it will only have a few items in them, won't have a title and some won't have any items in them but still shows there is a board. The "show in room" feature quit working as well. No issues making purchases though. Just don't like the fact I can see what I have saved and have to look for it all over again or maybe wait a few hours and try again which is inconvenient.

I ordered a console table on February 27th for a gift for someone. They claimed the table was in stock. 3 weeks later I received a email saying that the table was on back order. Over a month later I still haven't received it yet. So they send me a 10% off my next order. No thank you. I'm not using them ever again.

The will send so many notifications your head will spin. Oh and don't buy sheets because the app will send you a million messages saying they have new sheets. I just bought sheets you stupid app. How many do you think I need? Geez

Wayfair is great, but the app needs work. Search function is inaccurate, listings are slow to load, and the app frequently will restart itself in the middle of shopping. MUCH less headache to browse online and only use the app for order tracking or to look at a specific item.

Wayfair is great, but this app is frustrating. If you have already setup idea boards, the app only sporadically recognizes that an item has been added to them. This means it is easy to accidentally remove something from your saved list. Also, when shopping for furniture, there is an apparently broken feature that claims to show you "more from this collection". Well it does, but if you tap on any of the other items from that collection, the app tells you that this item no longer exists. Except it does, you just have to look for it manually. The sorting functions for the idea boards are also non-existent. Overall, this app is half-baked. Order from a computer.

The app does not allow you to update your billing address. I updated the address online yet my order was cancelled THE DAY it was to be delivered. Wayfair offered no remedy to the situation and did not acknowledge their error, not to mention my home office will not be set up when I need it.

App is way too buggy. It consistently doesn't open, doesn't bring my idea board items, doesn't sort and keeps showing same items. I have done a lot of uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I wish it would work because I love Wayfair, but it's so unreliable. The updates did not fix all of the problems. The app still does not open and I see the same items repeating.

This app needs work. I can't even tell you if the products are good because it will only show maybe 30 options & the same items continue to scroll. It's such a waste of time. I'll stick with Overstock, at least that app works & they always offer coupons.

This app does not sync with it's website. I saved tons of things to my boards on the website and could not retrieve them on the same boards within the Wayfair app. It's the weirdest thing I ever saw. I just uninstalled the app and am now using the website. It's a shame, because I really prefer using apps verses actual websites.

App glitches and closes once you try adding products to your shopping cart. I got frustrated and stopped trying. I'll stick with ordering from my desktop computer rather than the app.

My search results are looping. It I click a thumbnail I like and go back to browse my results I see the same things over and over as I scroll. Its really frustrating when their are thousands of results but you only see about 20 them.

App not responding to searches. I need to login every time I open the app, and the idea board disappear very often. Seems very unstable.

Unable to load ANYTHING in the app, downloaded, uninstalled and downloaded time and again. Very unhelpful app. Developers should be chained and whipped

When I first got the app, everytime I went on my wish lists were gone or partial. It has since been addressed and updated. All my wishlists are viewable. The app is better now to use.

The app won't even load anything i search for. Literally any word at all. Meaning bedroom. Vanity. Dresser. Couch. ANY WORD AT ALL. I've heard good things about wayfair but the app is junk and now i just may not use them.

All the replies from wayfaring say we updated the app...well no u didn't I keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app I still can't pay my bill on the app

The search feature in the rugs section just keeps recycling the same 12 rugs over and over again even though there are over 14000 items to see

Spent 30 mins trying to order a bed and mattress wouldn't accept my post code so wouldn't authorise card, grrr

Much better since update. App is working well and i love the actual site. Found loads of great stuff and lots of good sales.

Saw your ads on tv, so looked you up on line, I'm impressed, going to buy a rug

I think this app is amazing I ordered a bed and I absolutely love it!

It's pretty good for creating an idea and layout and the best part is that you can buy everything in the app

App just cycles through the same items in each category...

I'm really comfort with this app. I'm really satisfied with the follow ups text for the arrival with my order.

Push notifications at 9 or 10pm is not cool

Prices are reasonable

I ordered a Perkins Kitchen Cart for my wife for Christmas. It was reasonable to put together and only missing one insert which I'm doing without. My wife loves it and uses the kitchen cart daily. The price was within reason also, and I recommend this app as very useful!

US only. But tried it before I discovered this, putting something in my cart seemed to put the app into a loop. Uninstalling and going back to website.

App is slow .. freezes often. Website is also crappy .. when using site, spam site opens in its place and doesn't allow to go back. Too bad .. we just bought a house and was looking to purchase a few items.
