Two time I make a payment. Two time my balance deducted but metro card not recharged, if not recharged then balance should be returned but not happen same thing. Even I got a confirmation mail for recharge. But when I use my card on metro it was not recharged, so this apps only full their own account. They never thinking about this customer problems.

I don't know who has designed this app..but I must say that this must be designed by the person who don't know anything about flow/design. He/she may be selected by some reservation process please review the app and process again with some senior member..else it will really damage the Delhi metro image.

The app dose not do anything new which dmrc website dose for recharge. It directly redirects to dmrc website without even responsive website or mobile website. If would be redirected to dmrc's desktop site I don't find any reason to install this app to recharge my smart card.
