It's a wonderful tool that I can use anytime, anywhere. A great way to start the day and I can share with my kids. What options are available for me if I can't afford the subscription fee.

I love the introduction series to Mindfulness and what it means. It was particularly helpful to ease my way into daily practice, especially as a beginner. Also, the series are great. I am happy to invest into the monthly subscription, it's definitely worth it. Would love to see some series on death/dying, I believe we have a policy of fear here in the Western world which doesn't help us much.
I have really enjoyed this app,and am using to also calm my children's minds after a pressured school day. I am still debating whether to do the full subscription as I want to make sure I will continue to use daily, but am enjoying it daily so far, with a wide range to listen to
This app is great in theory! The reciting voice is calming and clear, and the introductory audio is quite informative, and gives listeners a heads up as to what will be practiced and utilized in each session. Unfortunately, a lot of those lessons are locked until you subscribe. It's not helpful to seek out anxiety assistance only to spot the locked symbol on the lesson who's title applies best. If you're unable to afford, try to glean as much as you can from the starters, like me. 5/5 in theory, though!
I literally deleted everything on my (poor memory) phone to have this app. And I can honestly say I have no regrets. It's the best app I've found to help with my anxiety and worries. The male voice is very relaxing and positive which along with each coaching or meditation session I find really helps me when I'm feeling anxious or low. It's so good that I was going to trial for a month first before I signed up, but found myself subscribing a lot sooner! 10/10 guys!
Great app and has really helped me through a period of anxiety. There are beginner series to help you start. The music and sounds are relaxing. There are specials series for sleep, anxiety and relationships as well.
This is the best mindfulness meditation app I have found. The app is easy to use and has a good range of meditations, with or without subscribing. I find the voice and background sounds very calming but perhaps having the option of a female voice would be useful? Or a range of voices? Some variety would help to keep things fresh.
How my life is set up, I do not get to always sit in OM position very often. This app helps me to get meditation in through the the day in short bursts that actually are more effective. It really is a great lifestyle app.

Unfortunately the meditation I want I have to pay for and I'm unwilling to do so before I even know if the product is good enough for me to purchase.
Downloaded ages ago but never really used until now. Just going through intro phase at the moment and it's great already. I'll be sure to subscribe! Meditation is the way to go when it comes to healing.
I have tried several apps like this. Welzen is one of the best I have found. Great guide. Exactly what I was looking for. Strongly recommend.
Great introduction but it would be great to be able to try some of the targeted sessions before committing to buying

Thought this was a great idea as we all use mobiles these days so downloaded the app and made my first step this morning in meditation. Been advised a few times from my counsellor to do a mindfulness course but decided today is the day to start for some unknown reason? Maybe seeing Welzen like my pics on Instagram it was meant to be. Shared too the app on fb. Love it so far. Thankyou. ☺
I hate apps that advertise as free. It is false advertising when they actually are not. When you have Bipolar and anxiety panic disorder and you are looking for self help apps to download and the only thing free is the intros. This is so aggravating. *Thanks a lot Welzen for nothing! **Don't bother with this one...
Was hoping for a Healing Meditation, but find what is available works very well for what it's intended for.
Right now I don't like it based on the difficulty (AND LACK OF RESPONSE!) in obtaining support!! I downloaded the app yesterday based on the good reviews, etc. and planned to try it out for free. I set up an account but EVERY time (AND I DO MEAN EVERY TIME) I try to log in I get a message "User not found." I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org yesterday afternoon and have still received NO RESPONSE! WTF Welzen?!

Love the app, bought the whole package. BUT,,, it doesn't a;ways work. I keep getting sections or complete meditations that are spotty or buffering, so I cannot understand them. Can this be fixed?

Good for helping someone relax when they are stressed
Although this is made for phones, I use it on my tablet, and I haven't had any problems or complaints. The meditations are pleasant, and they keep adding new ones, so it doesn't get stale. True, there's not much content difference between the 5 and 15 minute versions, but that's fine. It's a question of how deep I can go. It definitely makes a difference to spend a few minutes meditating every day, and having these short ones makes it easy to fit it in, even if I don't make time for a long session. The only thing I'd like added is something that would bring me into sleep and then leave me there.
Great app. Has helped me reduce stress and sleep better. I would love to upgrade but am unable to do so as I am unable to work at the moment. All in all, fab!
suggestions:make the app for offline use,full-screen view, better ui,much more new mindfulness series waiting for reply
When I can't sleep or am feeling anxious I listen to the specificly targeted meditations and within minutes I'm relaxed. Wish I discovered this sooner.
It's early but so far I'm liking this app and I'm building a routine to make it part of my every day.

I feel this is a great app, especially for those just getting started and who feel like they cant do 10 min sessions yet, by the time you get done with the free stuff you'll be ready for 10 20 min sessions, cheers!
Has helped me I was recommended your app bu my psychologist. It took a while for me to get going with the process. But now I dont miss a day if i can and I'm feeling the benefits. Thank you.
The app gives very little content for free before an user can make up his/her mind about subscribing. Also, the process to unsubscribe is very complex and tough.
