Wasted 30 minutes trying to make a council tax payment , the app isn't even mobile responsive, it won't let me add my details into the fields, totally awful.

You get sent emails that when you log into app there is no update on your report?! Reported untaxed vehicle 15 months plus ago (Dec 2012) that is only now being passed to someone when the van has been removed about seven-eight months ago.

Doesnt really do a lot, its just an app to report stuff to the council and thats it. If the app allowed payments of rent/bills etc within the app then I would give 5 stars but until then......

So i was about to pay my council tax online at Winchester Councils terrible online payment service and saw a link to a new app. So i thought, at last Winchester council have created a convenient way to pay tax. After downloading the app i had to register, ok fine i thought if it helps me pay my tax quicker in the future I don't mind. Once registered i went to the pay section and it took me straight back to the website! What a pointless and useless waste of my time.

Only acts as a surround for the Winchester council website, which would be fine but it isn't mobile friendly. It doesn't save your details after submission so bookmarks would be better over the app.
