Very inconsistent app. I get many notifications waking me up about movement when there isn't any and no notification when there should be. I've only had this product and app for less than 24 hours and I'm frustrated

Come on guys, by guys , i mean (night owl team). This app needs to work..and most of the time it doesnt.please fix it.I really want to like and use this app. Its so buggy on my galaxy 7 edge. its crashing, freezing, feed just black screen. Have to open and close app half a dozen times for it to work.

Night owl is doing it's thing, it records with motion, cameras great quality, night vision awesome (clear as day)we download the app at first it work I can see my cameras then my husband did something and app is not workin we call tech through Costco he said to unplug it and download the app again, started to work and of course we kept playing with it and no cameras again so we unplugged it again and download it again and it work. We are not changing nothing now. Nevermind just check the cameras not working, there we go again unplug and download. Calling tech

Went out of town and I could not get my camera on my phone it just kept coming up blacking no piece of mind that my house was safe while away

Very buggy. You have to close in recent history after ever use or it will not show your videos or live feed, just has black screens for each camera. Once u clear recent history it will work for that one time. Pain to use.

XHD501 44P SYSTEM. Verizon Note 5 Nougat 7.0 ... Cannot playback most current video on phone and connectivity is ultra slow. Opened a ticket and awaiting callback on Monday from India. Wife's Apple 7+ having similar issues. On my phone, had to change keyboard back to samsung default to connect/install initially. Daytime video is very good, night time needs some adjusting.

The app is beyond awful. Shows the camera feed 10% of the time. Returned and bought an Arlo Pro.

i got it to work by clicking log out then reseting my password, inputting the temporary one they send to your phone then creating a new one. Needs update . doesn't connect very well, doesn't let you sign in, or add new device smoothly. yes my phone is updated and dvr is connected to the router

Like the most reviews here, I am very much disappointed with the app of this night owl security cameras. I have to keep on re installing the app, works for one day by sending alerts and then stops the next day. New problem today- my phone shows black screen. For the price paid for this cameras I feel cheated. May have to return.

Sorry I had to give it a 1. Totally worthless. Shame on you Costco. Had aweful time following instructions in booklet. Spent 7 hours talking to 5 different people trying to get the pc software to work (never did). Now this app is no good.
