I downloaded the app long time.. I never use it in terms of trading then all of the sudden I received calls almost every day forcing me to activate my account by depositing the money then I did deposit and all the documents then my account was activated the following day as I was trying to login to the app it says I must open up a new account I could not login.. I've emailed for support but there's no ansa.. I trusted this app I'll suggest to people not to download the app. Plz don't! I am an experienced trader so I was just looking for a new broker since the app tempted me

Earlier I proceed with a transaction to withdraw money, however I received an email (written in Chinese) which I can't understand saying I have to submit coloured copy of IC & utility bill (according to my Chinese friend). I have already submitted these documents earlier when I did the verification, yet I don't know why I have to submit again. It feels like I have been cheated. When I registered, it was easy as hell to reload. But not the same when I want to withdraw!!

I just got a call from someone at xtrade. Never in my fucking life has enyone ever been so goddamn rude to me on a phone. This app and the people working there can kindly go fuck themselves.

Scam at highest level 99999.. Don't trust good reviews here. They are there workers.. they have partners in every country. They force you to deposit $50 to activate your account. And you won't be freed from their calls if you're not doing what they said. If that's what happen also to you just end the call and block them.

I'm not good at trading but everything works well and fast on the app and it's easy to understand. The xtrade people call to see if you know whats going on before you start trading and give you tips on stuff happening with the market in the future. They didnt push for me to keep feeding money into it but did warn me that it might be hard trading with only the 100 that I invested.

A few complaints: 1. The welcoming page isn't optional on logging into your account. It's on the page "All Popular" by default instead of "Favorites" for instance. 2. The order of stocks in "Favorites" isn't customizable and it should be. 3. If more than one contract are opened on one asset (exp. 5 bitcoins) in one go, it isn't possible to chose to close only two or three and leave the rest opened, unless you went through trouble of opening positions one by one. 4. No 30 min and 2 hours chart time frame.

I downloaded this app this morning and received 7 calls after that which are all regarding deposit requirement. Honestly, I loss all of my interest on using this app before I really try to use. Horrible requirements...cold call....Does it really necessary to chasing up to a brand new user who just curious to download this app. Loss all interest....

demo amount wasn't credited even after I activated my real account - frequent errors when trying to place an order - error when trying to close a profitable trade which makes you lose if the price keeps dropping - trade didn't close despite stop loss in place - in their (risk management) tutorial they mention that you can control the leverage percent which is not correct since leverage is fixed - plus 500 is definitely more reliable - docs submitted through the app and 2 days later they claim they didn't ge

With bonus you couldn't open any position just a fake company who need just deposit , when you couldn't open any position then for what this bonus , better use plus500 m doing trade with them from dec 2015 never face any problem and with bonus you can start trade , if you don't want to deposit still you can withdraw your profit

I like this app. They offer great support at all times, It's easy to use and you can start with as little as £50 (for which I also got a demo account with £5000 virtual money to learn first). I would recommend especially if you are a beginner like myself.

Well for the bonus which they gave you, 20$, you cant actually trade anything with it as the trading minumum is at least 30$, so you aint gonna start trading till u deposit more, kinda like way to lure people in I guess. So decided to tried the demo anyways, and for the demo account they gave you 0$ funds....so even the demo is pointless since you cant trade anything with 0$ right... So , Pointless app really...

I downloaded the app n when I open it goes to the logo and it stays like that for ever.. So I uninstalled and downloaded again bt still goes to the logo then stops..now it says there was a problem with my current service

Needs some update for a fast interface. Also, in the My Account page, there were 5 notification. Just about bonuses and such, but my concern is that after I have seen it, the nltification does not disappear. It just stays there. I hope you can fix it. Lastly is in closing a position. It takes I think 3-5 seconds to close. The bad thing is that it changes in just under 2 seconds. So when you are encou tering a profit gain that is high, you can't really get that on the dot because when yhe time the position is closed, a change has already occured. Maybe a loss or a gain.

Nearly gave this a go. Roadtesting various apps. Seemed to tick the boxes on Demo account. Then I went on live chat support. Should have seen the messed up transcript I got via email. So.....nope. Back to testing.
