1. 주문 및 배송안내
모든 케익은
3일 전까지 주문하셔야 하며 수제 케이크의 특성상
주문 및 결제 확인 후 제작에 들어갑니다.
당일 주문 가능 여부에 대해서는
매장 전화 확인 후 이용 바랍니다.

2. 주문 취소 및 반품 안내
수제 케이크 특성상 주문 후 당일 결제가 이루어지지 않으면
자동 주문 취소가 되며 식품이기 때문에 받은 후 반품 교환 환불 불가합니다.

3. 제품 취급 요령
구움과자, 구움케익의 경우
수분 함유가 적어 배송 중 변질될 가능성이 거의 없고
생크림, 버터크림 케익, 마카롱의 경우 냉장 보관 하시고
냉장 보관이 어려울 경우 시원한 곳에 보관하시기 바랍니다.

4. 배송 안내
모든 제품은
주문 후 매장 방문하여 직접 픽업하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
배송 요청 시
외부 업체를 이용하고 배송비, 배송 지연, 파손에 대해서는
