Complete Jewish Bible

Really like this app but something has happened to this updated version. It not accurate anymore e.g. Romans 8 and many more. Other Suggestions: Add word search that links with various scriptures where searched word can be found. Also highlighting options.

I love this version of the Bible! But now that this app has been updated, there are misprints within the new Testament. Such as in Matthew, chapter 1 isn't reading as it should since the new update. Please get this fixed and the app will still be just as great as it was!

October 12, 2017 - 12:39 am Now that this app is updated I can tell you that it is not working right, It needs to be fixed (I used to really like this app.). But now it's not working right; for example: I read Psalms 91 every night up until the updated version. Now the words in Psalms 91 has been moved. The first two verses are found at the bottom of Psalms 93 and the balance on Psalms 94. I will wait for a short period of time (about a week or two) before I go to delete that app; unless of course it is in the process of being fixed.

I've been using this app for a while and really appreciate it. I post verses from my Complete Jewish Bible on my Facebook timeline every day and, since i got the app, have been able to cut and paste...until it was recently updated. Not only can I no longer cut and paste several verses at a time, but the chapters and verses are no longer accurate. This app should be fixed. It's unusable in this state. Makes me sad.

Since I last updated it, the verses are messed up. Check Psalm 23 for example. Please fix that, or I will have to remove this app.

I'm new to reading this version, I have fallen in love with the way it is worded. It's helping me to draw closer to Lord, and is easy to comprehend. Thank you for helping to read the word, without having to struggle with how to get and carry it. I appreciate that it's right in reach. Blessings to those who put this app together, thanks for all the work that has brought it to life.

This version works well for me, I haven't had issues with compared to the app on my old Microsoft phone!

Chapters are not accurate. Does not have Torah portions. Good for continuous reading, not study

There seems to be a mixup of the books / messages. Psalm 145 in this version is actually psalm 140 , what is in Ephesians 1 is actually contains verses from galatians

Not quite the same as my hard bound Jewish Bible but nice to read and have available online

I love God's Word, especially since this Bible has the correct pronunciation... Still, the Chapters and verses are not correctly aligned, which definitely needs fixing.

This is a CHRISTIAN Bible with New Testament...not JEWISH Tanakh!

For comprehension, itis excellent. For biblical accuracy, this is not very accurate.

Comparison to my paper bound Complete Jewish Bible I'm noticing that many of the verses are altered and so I feel we aren't actually getting the "real" CJB that Dr. David Stern produced. This app is alright and provides a decent overall picture of the scene concerning various scriptures and what was going on. But because it's altered who knows what we're really missing out on. However, it's great for someone who is new to Bible reading because it flows nicely, and it's good for someone who just wants the general idea of what's happening in the scene. But if you're trying to use it for actual study, this app fails.

I love it. I was on a 2 day fast. And I love bible hate way. And each time God would give me a book to read I would go the Jewish bible. And it was if God was standing right in front of me talking. It did not come from a prophet it did not come from the 5 fold. It came from him .And I was able to accepted it a lot better. So yes this is the same bible that biblegate way have in there site .
