Getting in touch with the council has always been a right pain. The amount of times I've phoned them and been promised a call back only to never hear from them again. This app makes it very easy to contact the relevant department with a full paper trail so they can't fob you off anymore.

Faulty back buttons quitting app (poor programming), rubbish interface. A mobile version of the main site would be better. Hope you didn't waste council money on this app!

Far more difficult to use than the FixMyStreet app. I hope nobody was paid to design and build this. It's just generally crap all round.

App took a while to seemingly upload the five photos I selected but on checking afterwards apparently no photos were submitted?...

The Welsh on this app is so bad as to make it unusable, a big disappointment. Edit: It gets worse. The Last Name box on the registration page is set up as an email box so it wont let me enter my surname as my surname doesn't have an @ in it. Did anyone bother to test this thing?
