Beschreibung

Verkehr.NRW wurde von der Landesregierung NRW ins Leben gerufen, um den Verkehrsteilnehmer bestmöglich über die aktuelle Verkehrslage zu informieren – dies alles selbstverständlich werbefrei und ohne jeglicher Erhebung persönlicher Daten. Neben der Verkehrslage auf der Straße präsentiert Verkehr.NRW auch den Bus&Bahn-Verkehr und berechnet Radrouten.

Die erste Version von Verkehr.NRW wurde Anfang 2015 veröffentlicht – die jetzt verfügbare vierte Generation steht auch als App zur Verfügung.

Die Darstellung der Verkehrslage geht nun über die Landesgrenzen von NRW hinaus und liegt für ganz Deutschland und für die BeNeLux-Länder vor. Der Autofahrer erkennt somit von Flensburg bis München und von Brüssel bis Berlin ob die Straßen frei sind. Es wird das gesamte Fernstraßennetz bis hin zur innerstädtischen Straße detektiert.

Aber welche Auswirkung hat ein Stau, der in der Karte rot markiert wird, in Bezug auf meine Fahrroute? Muss ich dem Stau ausweichen? Zur Klärung dieser Fragestellung wurden Reisezeiten in Verkehr.NRW aufgenommen und ausgewertet. Liegt ein Stau mit größerer Auswirkung vor, wird der dazugehörige Zeitverlust zusätzlich in der Karte angegeben und ferner seine tendenzielle Entwicklung. Wird eine Route bestimmt, enthält diese den aktuellen Verlust der Gesamtreisezeit.

Für den Öffentlichen Personennahverkehr gibt es neben der Fahrplanauskunft einen Haltestellenmonitor mit aktuellen Ankunfts- und Abfahrzeiten und ferner Haltestellenfahrpläne soweit diese vorliegen. Diese Angaben beziehen sich auf Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Und für den Radverkehr werden Routen ausgegeben, die das Radverkehrsnetz bevorzugen. Radrouten werden für Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen, Thüringen berechnet.

Mit Verkehr.NRW ist der Verkehrsteilnehmer bestmöglich informiert und er kann sich der jeweiligen Verkehrssituation besser anpassen. Und vielleicht lässt sich dadurch auch der ein oder andere Stau in der Auswirkung reduzieren oder sogar vermeiden.

Verkehr.NRW was launched by the state government of NRW into being in order to best inform the road users about the current traffic situation - all this, of course ad-free and without any collection of personal data. In addition to the traffic situation on the road Verkehr.NRW also presented the bus and train traffic and calculates cycling routes.

The first version of Verkehr.NRW was published in early 2015 - which is now available fourth generation is also available as app.
