You have to have there insurance to use it and it is not advertised on the box of the brush or the app which i dont like

I had been waiting for an android version. I was sad when I bought my brush and realized the app was iPhone only. My brush had been sitting in a drawer for months unopened. Remembered about my brush, and was delighted to see the app was finally in the play store. The app is simple, yet fun. It really does motivate you to brush better and longer. My teeth feel great and breath seems fresher! Definitely recommend the brush and the app. Good job Beam!

Does not always sync when I brush my teeth so it ruins my streak, and makes it seem like I am not doing a good job of cleaning. No effective way to see your favorite doctor or second favorite. App has potential, but not quite there yet. Brush itself sometimes does not want to turn on. The only way to fix this is to take out and put back in the battery

I got this brush at a dental school trial study. the brush is fine but connecting it to the app doesn't work half the time and now I can't swap out for a new toothbrush it keeps telling me that the new toothbrushes connected to another person I don't think this is going to work out nobody wants to play with their phone while they're brushing their teeth.

Man, the Beam Brush and this app are pretty underrated. Given, the app does still feel pretty new, but for a brush that no one has really heard about, my teeth are cleaned really well. Had trouble pairing at first, but customer support was great and things work great now. My brushing is logged for me, which I guess is cool to have, but there's a brush head wear tracker and battery life indicator in the app. Settings like brush speed and 30 second buzz are in the app. Overall, severely underrated!

The app will not connect to my son's toothbrush. As far as I can tell that makes both the brush and this app useless.

POS. This brush will not connect to my iPad, iPad or my Android phone. My Android sees the brush as a Bluetooth device, but it will not connect. My Apple devices don't even see the brush. Thank goodness this brush was a gift and I didn't sink my money into it. My advice? DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRUSH if you're looking to pair it via Bluetooth.

The toothbrush is not discoverable (Nexus 5X). I am not sure why. They are right next to each other. It is basically useless.

Game is ok, but if it can't find my brush that defeats the purpose

We love the game and have a healthy competition about who has the most stars for brushing.

Won't pick up the brushes, new batteries in the right way, have tried manually syncing and reseting. No go.
