1- توضح مفهوم الأخلاق وتبين أهميتها في الإسلام ومصادر اشتقاقها.
2- تحدد العلاقة بين الأخلاق وكل من المنافسة والتكنولوجيا والقانون والاقتصاد، وتفسر النظريات الأخلاقية مع بيان أوجه الاختلاف بينها.
3- تحلل مبادئ القيادة الأخلاقية في المنظمات ودورها في تعزيز السلوك الأخلاقي.
4- تبين المبادئ الأخلاقية للعاملين ووسائل دعمها وتنميتها والمحافظة عليها.
5- تشرح مفهوم المنظمة وخصائصها الأخلاقية مع بيان أهمية الثقافة التنظيمية للمنظمات الأخلاقية.
6- تعرف كلاً من المسؤولية الاجتماعية والبيئية للشركات ومجالاتها وطرق محاسبتها.
