MEDYAPP - Carnet de santé

MEDYAPP est un dossier médical disposant des informations personnelles, administratives et médicales essentielles :
- données administratives
- données médicales (ATCD, allergies, vaccins, carnet diabétique)
Elle est documentée par le patient, aidé ou non par son médecin, ce dossier personnel liste les informations médicales vous concernant et les données sont protégées par le code du smartphone.

MEDYAPP est une application pour smartphone fonctionnant avec Apple ou Androïd.

En France, la quasi-totalité des patients n’ont pas accès directement à leur dossier médical. En effet, il est, soit tenu et conservé par le médecin traitant, soit inexistant. Pour les enfants, le carnet de santé est relativement bien tenu, mais il contient peu d’informations en dehors des données de la petite enfance et des vaccinations. En cas d’absence du médecin traitant ou en voyage, le patient disposera de ses données médicales.

MEDYPHONE a voulu répondre à cette problématique en permettant au patient de disposer en toute circonstance de son dossier médical, en créant MEDYAPP. MEDYAPP's medical records with personal information, essential administrative and medical:
- Administrative data
- Medical data (ATCD, allergies, vaccines, diabetic book)
It is documented by the patient, or not helped by her doctor that medical personnel file list your information and data are protected by the smartphone code.

MEDYAPP is a smartphone application that works with Apple or Android.

In France, almost all patients do not have direct access to their medical records. Indeed, it is either kept and maintained by the attending physician or nonexistent. For children, the health record is relatively tidy, but it contains little information beyond the early childhood data and vaccinations. In the absence of the attending physician or traveling, the patient will have its medical data.

MEDYPHONE wanted to address this problem by allowing the patient to have in every circumstance of his medical file, creating MEDYAPP.
