This app brings you 15 stretches, such as (arm, leg, butterfly, etc) and 40 KickBoxing combos to practice. There are multiple variations of the: jab, cross, hook, uppercut, leg kick, body kick, push kick, knee, elbow, etc. Even, if you are new fighter, it is ok because there is a novice level, which contains easier combos than the advanced level. This interval training app will be your coach and instructor. Each combo in each workout is randomly generated so you will be expected to expect the unexpected!
For the timer, these are the variations from which you can choose from:

Break(rest) Length: 1 second, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds
