Doctors Finder

Very unstable, can't load into login despite correct user ID and password.

Trying to find a doctor using this app is impossible, constantly skips forward and can't scroll back. Totally useless.

An app that you installed, only to find out it doesn't work.

Did not get pass splash screen on nexus 5x. Android OS 6.0.1. Making the app completely useless.

App is unstable.Lacks consistency.frequently hangs . Seems through testing hasent Ben done on mobile platform and models.

It does not compatible with the new Andriod 6.0 working on my LG G3. Please fix this.

"Invalid login, please sign in again" ... This happens multiple times in a row every time I try to use the app (search, see favorite doctors). It's basically unusable. Pointless and broken.

Should show more details on the my favourite list, say the address and opening hours. Able to sort the list by area. Those clinic opens at the point of browsing are highlighted. Whether phone booking is allowed etc

Slow response time. Software bug did not do the cross validation on input page.

What is the point of this app? It won't even connect to the internet via data. Really bloody pointless for a mobile app no! Fix it or ditch it coz it sucks

Fails to connect most of the time Says I do not have an internet connection or it goes round & round for 5 min and then takes me back to the login screen. Absolute BS!!!! Certainly could not rely on this app if you need a doctor in an emergency :( How can a company like BUPA put garbage like this on the web??? And why does Sai Kung not exist as an area??? Uninstalling & going back to Google search.
