A Companhia de Teatro Horizonte Njinga Mbande (HNM) foi fundada aos 08 de Outubro de 1986, por Adelino Dos Santos Caracol e Izequiel Issequiel, em Luanda, capital de Angola.

É constituída por professores e estudantes de variados níveis de ensino e possui uma estrutura organizacional constituída por profissionais das diversas áreas da arte que garantem a produção dos espectáculos, semanalmente. A Companhia tem como actividade principal o Teatro.

Nesta área de actividade, o HNM está subdividido em 4 escalões: Núcleo A, Núcleo I, Núcleo II e o Núcleo Infanto-Juvenil, respectivamente.

Para além do teatro, produzem outras actividades artísticas, tais como a dança, música, pintura, teatro corporativo, entre outras.

O Horizonte Njinga Mbande considera que a arte deve ser tratada com toda a seriedade e profissionalismo, pelo que têm consigo o espírito empresarial na sua estrutura e por isso prestam diversos serviços nesta área, criando assim um “ensaio” para uma potencial Indústria do Teatro.

No âmbito da promoção, resgate e defesa do teatro em Angola, constam do seu vasto currículo vários prémios.

Para garantir a qualidade dos actores e outros profissionais da área, em Angola, criaram em 2010, vários cursos que permitiram a formação de diversos actores que hoje singram positivamente no teatro, na televisão e no cinema.

O HNM tem orgulho da sua história e faz questão de garantir que o respeito, a solidariedade e o profissionalismo se façam presentes em todos os membros da Companhia. Com muito orgulho, o HNM em 2016, comemora os seus 30 anos de existência a proporcionar alegria ao público angolano e garantir que o teatro não perca o seu ideal. The Horizon Theater Company Njinga Mbande (HNM) was founded on October 08, 1986, by Adelino Caracol Dos Santos and Izequiel Issequiel in Luanda, capital of Angola.
