Now a days every busy with their own works. they don't have time to spend time with their own children then where they have time to purchase grocery so this app is help us all the way surely.

Everything fake...don't trust this app.I ordered tiffin,paid online,but it dint come n no any tracking of order..Total Useless app.... disgusting u guys...Idea is really good but you people spoiling it...1000thumbs down...

I ordered a sample tiffin (Order ID 840) on 03/09/2016 at 6 PM for a deliver at 7 PM. The tiffin didn't come. The contact number listed had a IVR but no one came online. Please do not trust these people.

can't get better for the price and it really does taste like home made food. I get my food at work five days a week and at home on weekends so personalized service. Guys are great to talk to and give attention to your needs. Think this startup is destined for success. Kudos HFT

The food quality is good. But the call center sucks. I didn't got response after a dozen tries. Got another number from delivery staff who responded to my queries.

Had issues with order tracking..got them resolved in a day..good support..food is decent..cheers...

The food quality is pathetic. Yesterday I ordered chicken biryani and egg biryani both were too bad. Even I couldn't have a single bite. Service is also bad.

After a few initial hiccups the service has got better. Food is good and is served hot. Would be good if you could provide an option to cancel individual tiffin over the app rather than calling helpdesk also please include an option to order non veg tiffin if possible.

Promisd me 2sabji bt gave only one box was packed in such a way evety thing was mixed to other. Even roti was wet coz sabji toppled in

Major discrepencies in what mentioned and delivered. Issues with app and customer care. Prices are okay for most products.. For some are on higher side than market.

Grocery : Got a call that they dont gave stock. TIFFIN : Startup trying to deliver at their best Food Quality 9/10. Packaging 10/10 :) Quantity : 7/10. Service 5/10
