It says food with integrity, but the app update seems to lack integrity as it gets stuck in the welcome screen and says something went wrong even after multiple retries.

Feel sorry for those who have faced problems. But for me it works great. Just a small modification in app will be excellent where we can add few more item in out already placed order (ofcourse in undispatched parcel only) or like if o e order is placed but not dispatched n if we place new order than we can club both orders so that we receive all in one time rather than making 2 seperate orders n than u run 2 seperate person to deliver at same place in different time. Rest its working fine. 10% discount is a over the top extra benefit. Thanks

Worst service. They will decline the order from their end and never communicate you while you will be patiently waiting for your order!! No tracking of order and no confirmation.

Food taste is pathetic, I was ordering on regular basis of late the quality of food and taste has deteriorated. Not money's worth. Recently I ordered sandwiches and experienced weared taste.

Pre-GST prices had all the VAT and service taxes builtin since the taxes are not displayed on the bill. Post GST, you people have started charging GST over pre-GST prices effectively taxing VAT etc., which is simply ridiculous. App as such is fine, still giving 1 star as 0 star is not possible.

U can never place orders. Though application will show u that ur order is confirmed but after an hour u ll realise that ur order is not being placed at all. Waste of time.

They won't deliver you even an hour. They take more then an 1 hour and 30 minutes .so no point ordering here, you starve to death in waiting ur food. Please Ignore this app as much as you can ... it's sucks
