교회의사명
청주 기쁨의 교회는 살아 움직이는 공동체 입니다.
청주 기쁨의 교회는 당신이 영적인 갈급함을 느낄 때 언제나 당신과 함께 하기를 원합니다.
청주 기쁨의 교회는 사도행전에서 말하는 초대교회의 능력과 회복이 있는 교회를 꿈꿉니다.
이를 위하여 4가지의 목회에 대한 꿈을 꿉니다.

예배의 감격이 있는 교회를 꿈꿉니다.
예배는 하나님의 임재를 경험하는 것입니다. 하나님께서 기뻐하시는 교회는 예배의 감격이 살아있어야 합니다.
예배를 통해 죄악을 내려놓고 상한 영혼들이 회복되며, 복음을 살아내며, 하나님을 만남으로 얻은 영적 충만함
으로 세상 속에서 살아가는 것이 목표입니다. 예배에 성공하는 하나님의 백성들은 세상에서 반드시 승리한다는
확신을 심어줄 수 있도록, 예배에 모든 열정과 기도와 힘과 노력을 쏟기를 원합니다. 예배는 하나님을 만나는
기쁨과 감동의 축제입니다.

가정을 회복시키는 교회를 꿈꿉니다.
하나님이 세상을 창조하시고 인간에게 주신 가장 고귀한 선물은 가정입니다. 하나님은 가정을 소중하게 여기셨
고 하나님께서 함께 하시는 온전한 공동체가 되길 원하셨습니다. 하나님을 온전히 믿기 위해서는 가정이 든든
해야 합니다. 가정이 먼저 회복되어야 교회도 건강해진다는 믿음으로 상한 가정을 회복시키고 건강한 가정을
더욱 더 견고히 세우는 교회가 되기를 원합니다.

다음 세대를 깨우는 교회를 꿈꿉니다.
현대의 젊은이들은 세속화된 문화 속에서 올바른 가치를 찾지 못한 채 오염되어가고 있습니다.
교회는 다음 세대의 영적 부흥을 위해 어린이와 청소년을 그리스도께 인도하고 하나님의 말씀을 가르쳐 지키게
하는데 우선순위를 두어야 합니다.
올바른 가치관을 가진 다음 세대의 지도자들을 꿈꾸게 하고 양성하는 일이 우리의 소망입니다.

복음 전파에 앞장서는 교회를 꿈꿉니다.
주님의 지상명령을 따라 땅 끝까지 주의 복음을 전하는 일은 교회의 사명입니다. 이웃 전도와 국내외 선교에
힘쓰는 교회가 되기를 소망합니다. 오직 성령이 너희에게 임하시면 너희가 권능을 받고 예루살렘과 온 유대와
사마리아와 땅 끝까지 이르러 내 증인이 되리라 하시니라 (행 1:8)
