When designing Chapps Inspector, our idea was to make it as user-friendly as possible. Simply start with selecting one of our pre-defined checklists (such as; 1-bedroom apartment) and get started right away. Simply pick and choose what you want to work on.

EASY DETAILING
Chapps provides an easy-to-use, detailed description of every room and elements including all the possible features. Simply tap and select, there is no need to type text! Evaluate the property’s condition and take pictures as you please. Record the meters/gauges, describe the technical installations and evaluate the structure of the building, etc. Chapps makes detailing easy.

The move-out inspection, for instance, is based on the initial move-in report.
