Movement Dynamics UK Ltd is pleased to announce the arrival of the Player for use on Smart-phones and Tablets. The original version designed for use on Mac and PC computers has been modified for use on most hand-held devices (Android, Apple and Microsoft Surface devices).

Once the Player is downloaded the videos purchased from www.movementdynamics.com can be accessed when the teacher or coach is active in the teaching / training environment.

The Player is an integral component of the resources available to teachers and coaches involved along the continuum from general physical activity through to high performance sport. It plays the extensive video library created by Movement Dynamics which includes:

The 5in5 Curriculum

Level 1 is a 24 module curriculum with each module containing a set of 5 different ‘movement puzzles’ for young people to solve. Each module progresses in complexity from one to the next and can be used in the classroom, a gymnasium and on the practice field as warm-up activities and ‘movement breaks’. Level 1 contains a set of teaching instructions that accompany each exercise.

The Progressive Exercise Syllabus

This is a comprehensive series of modules that include Flexibility (110 clips); Stability (171 clips); Body Shaping and Control (150 clips); Lower Body (200 clips), Shoulder Stability & Trunk (262 clips); Pushing & Pulling (265 clips); Jumping & Agility (111 clips); Running (60 clips) and Medicine Ball Throws (91 clips).
