This is my first time ordering online with Tesco. I realized that if I order some of the fresh food items the price range would be different from the one showing in app. I thought the price difference would be at minimal amount. But sadly it is not the case. For an example I order 2 unit of chicken cube at a price of RM 3.73 per unit...so the total price is RM7.46. But upon delivery I have to pay RM20 for the chicken cube. I also ordered 1 unit of Ikan siakap at the price of RM8.78 per unit. Upon delivery I have to pay RM20.29 for it...On which I have to cancel the item since the 1 unit come with 2 pieces of Ikan siakap. For Udang sederhana size L the price shown in the app is RM6.04 per unit...So I ordered 2 unit at a price of RM12.09. Upon delivery I have to pay a total of RM25.97. Some of the items ordered was changed with another brand without notice. You should update in the app if the item ordered is not available in your store.
Total scam. They delivered the items and said I will be refunded the 2 missing items. Never saw it on my CC. There was another cheese item which was missing and god knows what they replaced it with as no cheese items were present. I wrote to them but they never bothered to reply. I think that's called theft. Total scam.
Tried it a couple of times. I'm convinced that the service is good and even the fresh products like meat and vegetables are delivered fresh. I ordered Chicken and some veggies to try it out knowing that some users have reported bad quality but then I was actually surprised to receive my fresh groceries in very good condition. Have been using it since, you get relatively cheaper groceries delivered to your doorstep. They only charge you for what you accept if your item was substituted or is not available. A must try grocery service in Malaysia. Very useful when you're too busy to head out and buy groceries.
When I tried to register with them, they say they will send an email to confirm. No such emails were received by me. I am disappointed with them. Is there something wrong with their app. And they keep on asking me to reset my password. It is a useless app.
Most of the time really satisfied with the service. But since update i cannot even log in to my account using this apps. It shows error, cannot retrieve your information. But when i use the browser.. i can login as usual.
Trying to use the app is as good as shopping in the store. Disappointments galore. Keyed in "beers" and what showed up was shower cream, chocolate and stuff unrelated. No wonder Tesco is on the verge of closing shop. You're doing a superb job hastening your own demise. Congratulations.
Deluvery is very unreliable. Out of 10 orders only 2 arrived at correct time. 3 times order was cancelled without notification. Items missing every time.
After trying several cards, I still cannot make payment after checkout.
Life is easy with Tesco online shopping, need no queing up, need no waiting for trolley, need no stuck in the traffic jam during the weekend..
Nice app, simple and light. Delivery cost way too cheaper than other grocerer! And delivery guy was very helpful. Great customer services. Improvement could be better by adding more product in list.Altogether I'm happy with the services.
Tesco cancelled my order twice in a row without informing me. Worst online shopping i have ever experienced.

When clicking into it, "stores near me" is just a stagnant page. If not having this based on each user location, why not let us choose manually?
Wery bad anything i scan and check ,will get the same answer - product not found , than what for the barcode scanner?
It's real useless app, I had checked out earlier, but no email were send to confirm my orders, hopeless of it....
This is very good online shopping. But, I have not any bank card . I want to buy cash on delivery or payment by 7 Eleven. If possible please fix it. Like lazada shopping.
After updating to latest version, cannot launch this app from the App Drawer. I can only launch by opening the app in the Play Store.

penggunaan pertama kali sangat menghampakan. bagi rakyat Malaysia yang kian di cekik masa kini. bagi pengguna sila pastikan jika penghantaran tiba, periksa senarai barangan yang dipesan dengan betul ini kerana situasi saya, barang tiba sy tiada di lokasi penghantaran atas faktor kerja 1 drpd senarai barangan sy :- 1x tesco choice antispectic 750ml RM13.45 substitutions 1x dettol antispectic germicide 1000ml RM40.35 memandangkan ketika barang tiba saya tiada di lokasi keluar atas faktor kerja. kakitangan pejabat mengambil pesanan berikut. dan substitutions berkenaan diterima bulat bulat sahaja. semasa penghantaran ini tiba pengguna harus periksa dengan teliti dan boleh menolak substitutions berkenaan jika tidak berminat. untuk pihak tesco, jika tiada stok bagi sejenis barangan yang dipinta perlu dimaklumkan awal pada senarai check-out berkenaan. tidak perlu juga membawa ganti bagi barangan yang dirasakan perlu dengan harga yang jauh beza dari barangan asal yang dipilih. ketika menghubungi customer careline tesco. pihak berkenaan memberitahu tiada alternatif / pemulangan semula duit bagi transaksi yang telah setuju diterima. ini adalah 1 peringatan buat semua pengguna yang baru nk mencuba aplikasi tesco online Malaysia. jangan biarkan diri kita terus dicekik sewenang wenang nya. terima kasih
1. Filter function is irritating, only allows for 1 filter selection, then i'd have to filter again. 2. Not all nationwide brochure promotions are not updated in the app. 3. Very inconsistent practice when items are sold by weight. Ordered 500gm of shrimp and delivered 1kg, Ordered 2kg chicken and 1kg delivered. Seems like it depends on the mood of the pickers. 4. Data inconsistent. different spelling of avacado and avocado for the same thing. 5. Order history doesnt have quantity and totals.
I used the Malaysian Tesco Shopping App for the first time and I love it! Too bad Tesco is the only big hypermarket company to do so. Local hypermarkets are left behind in a very competitive world
Would love to try the delivery option but cannot get past the Step 2... Selected the state and it does nothing. Other fields are grayed out. Kinda defeat the purpose of the app if I can't even input my address.
