Do not use these apps in case of urgent payments coz sometimes it just shows pending and you are stuck.. if it fails you can do again but if it shows pending then you are stuck!! It may fail or go through after the deadline time or date of ur payment.. Pending payment shows many times on this app.. sux!!

Well UPI integration of Paytm is the most horrible among all UPI apps out there. No option to add benificiary. Tranfering to a UPI address never goes through unless the benificiary is BHIM upi. Tried on phonepe upi address, it never gets successful. . If anything is not supported, please dont put the option too. Electricity recharge of Manipur Power Distribution Company Limited is not supported, then why put it..

the last update was as if some retard programmer has programmed the code. you bunch of idiots,can't you just check the app before compiling it into apk. the app is far more slow than the previous update hell thanks to you. fix it man ASAP i am pissed.

Dear paytm you sell worst items like i had order an charlie analog watch what the hell the pad is like hell and back case seems that have been scrached.just close site and items are of low quality.just close your site. I'll suggest you all to buy items via amazon/flipkart at least they are providing better original quality products

Don't use Very very bad service ,Can't provide best service in future. Last more than 5- 6 days I cannot used my available balance ,I complain again they can't resolve the problem. I complain through all helpline number but nobody responded

I wish i could give it star rating in negative. Then i would have given it -5 stars. Payment initially showing as failed then all of a sudden diducted multiple times. It would have been better if their helpline does not exists. Unable to get in touch with any excutive even after multiple attempts. PayTm sucks.

The worst time to have transactions with paytm,,, Amount was detected from my wallet & not transferred to my bank account its has been 24 hrs even paytm customer care couldn't gave any response..... Don't trouble the customer in these way.... Hated heartfully ????????????????

Bad app to transfer money from wallet to bank.I have transferred my wallet amount to my bank. It's neither added in my banknor showing in paytm wallet.. also there is no place where I can register complaint regarding this matter. I wanna give 0 star to it but there is no such way to do that

Upi is failing after few transactions,fix it ASAP,why payments bank given permission with out properly testing,very slow while scan n pay. But good promos,show all of them in separate page and while checkout.loading is slower use light weight elements.

I would have rated it more, but i don't know now a days whatever I am trying to do I'm not able to pay. Everytime it goes till the gateway and later says Error Occurred. I am not sure what the heck is the problem. I am frustrated of it. Hope you guys give a solution very soon!

Last update on this app is horrible... Earlier one was simple and professional. Earlier update used to show to whom you are paying (merchant name). Now it doesn't show.. so you are not sure wheather you have paid it to the right person or not. New update interface is like kiddish.. Do not install this update..

I am a good customer of paytm ..But yesterday I send my money 3000 to my frd through paytm but he didn't get money paytm shows transaction pending nearly 25 hours.. bank related customer care number not working.. where is my money i fully disappointing this issue

The app is good but with a few bugs. 1. Upi txns fail a lot 2. There is a 3 % fee for transferring money from paytm wallet to paytm bank which i didn't like 3. The customer care and SR option in the app is useless. I raised a few complaints but none was replied ever. But they were definitely closed

You guys are not a good option to order anything my friend ordered iPhone last year never got it . So is my case I requested for fast tag it was cancelled both times with no reason customer service is pathetic they don't speak Keep it on mute. Those who callback gives you big promise and vanish because you can not catch them. My 2 months were wasted because of trusting paytm

Horrible experience with paytm fastag. They didn't deliver after 50days and 2 orders, took me 20 phone calls to get the order cancelled/refunded. Now I have fastag assigned to my wallet and paytm can't figure out how to remove it. If you have to use paytm customer service, then no one help you. They are worse than the worst bank you have dealt with.

Money is deducted from my wallet account but not reflecting in my bank account. When Im trying to reach out there customer service there is no person to person communication available. And they took changes from transfer wallet to bank account but didn't resolve my issue yet. And also I have lost my phone call amount about 100 rupees for reaching out there customer service but didn't get any assistance yet. How bad app service provider paytm is? If any Indian legal procedures available for this crime please let me know friends. I'm looking for your support.

Worst update ever seen!! What you guys doing ? For doing a single UPI transactions, I tried several time,in all cases it shows transactions failed.A successful transactions takes 10-15 attempt. Terrible experience with paytm.Never expected.

Horrible customer service. I have initiated money transfer to bank account and it is pending since 24 hours. There is no phone number to contact you for solution. That is the basic thing you can do. I will never use your app again.

I have been cheated by PayTM . I ordered Linux power bank. I got duplicate product which is not working. Plus PAYTM has mentioned that it has replacement available but when intimated them about product they told this reseller doesn't have replacement policy. There is no way to speak to costumer care executive.

Very bad aap. I cant link my bank with upi. Verification msg does not send show error every time. Costomer care agent doesnt help me . Worst services.

They don't delivered the product and also don't refund the balance. Input an order they don't deliver that and now they are refunding my balance. Many times I email but always they say that keep patience. It is going to 1 month but still I didnt get my product and not my refund.

While loading money into paytm, it does not have auto OTP detection and processing. Tgis feature is now a very common feature in all apps. I am shocked to see it not implemented in paytm. Dont know thr reason for this but it is very irritating to manually input OTP or copy and paste it.

Paytm sucks Been a long user but not good experience frm paytm. My wallet to bank transction is still pending from last 24 hrs and they dnt even reply.they dnt even have customer support only ivr and it sucks

I transferred 100 rupee from my wallet to bank but it's does not received in my bank. If I call them they said that the number is in conjunction and they never give reply from need help section. Worst.

Very bad customer care service. There is no option to talk with customer care service assistant in paytm app. I mailed lot of messages to them but I didn't receive any appointment from paytm customer care.

I did metro card recharge of Rs200 and the top up is not showing on AVM machine. now DMRC is saying check with Paytm and Paytm is saying check with DMRC.Now where should I check?

The last update is horrible as it always shows error message. Like network error and payments bank tab also not working well. Using UPI in Paytm is horrible.

Paytm is fraud company donot transfer money to bank from paytm app otherwise deducate your account from paytm wallet and not received in your bank account i have full proof
