Hated it...my child was able to un install it with it asking for any kind of password

Tracking puts me at ease with a teenager running around. Just wish more features worked with IOS.

All systems like this have lags, glitches, or loopholes. This one has few in conjunction with an app lock, but most importantly their customer service is top notch

Great features and it actually works.

A few items could be included like blocking apps for a specified amount if time and an option to select all apps in one go, but otherwise the connection between devices works well and there are lots of controls. This is probably one of the best parental control apps on the market right now.

needs improvements because there are a few loopholes to get around its restrictions, specifically one could just download a different browser app and continue to look up anything.

App was cool for a bit but now my son just goes around it and I can't see what he's doing or looking at also I used to be able to browse his gallery from my phone and with latest update it's charging a $25 subscription fee.... it was part of it yesterday.... So now my kid can go on Instagram at will even though it's blacklisted...

I think it's awesome. It notifies me every second,which is a plus. I would recommend this app to any parent.

Funny how everything worked fine till I purchased. Now the texts aren't showing up and nobody answers my MANY messages. Isn't it strange how that works. Con you into believing all is good and they'll answer any questions, then get your money and BAM, nothing works and nobody responds to you. Sounds like your typical con game and I just fell victim to it trying to keep my son safe.

This apps free features are off the wall. I've gone through so many. I wish that I could get location without gps but a man can wish right?

Its a virus doesnt let me go to the place where to see whats running dad tried to unistall this but it didnt let him although he typed in the correct code. gave this virus 1 star

Update: was working great until this month. Not sure why but it's not saying I paid and I am in the free version. It will not take my credit card payment. Tried her father's card and it also didn't except it. Tried to contact customer service, and they usually return my chats, but have not heard from them. Right now I was wanting to use it to it's full use. I am stuck trying to figure out another app that does what this app does until I get a reply. I used to use two other apps, but one stopped working correctly. I love how this is two apps in one, I do wish my daughter can track me and I would get alerts when her battery is low. But those are minor things. I actually recommend this app to all my friends.

Awesome app but sometimes it doesn't block or lock.

They don't respond to anything anymore to use to be better. Doesn't work properly on ipod touch in matter of fact messed up my daughter's ipod. They said there was no problem until they did more research and realized there is a problem. Said they will be updating it in a month and will get back to me. They never got back to me even after reaching out to them. Do not download there are plenty of better apps out there

I think the app is ok, however it does not capture all of the texts messages on my childs phone. There are significant gaps in text messages when comparing my child's phone to the app. Makes me wonder what else is the app not capturing?

Great app and program - helps me keep up with activity on the kids' phones to discover potential problems before they become a big deal. Great for starting conversations about being responsible with technology.

The only app with àll the features I wanted. Setting app specific time limits and schedules makes this a powerful learning tool for my toddler's instead of a time wasting game machine.

This app has been helpful in making sure my kids are safe and behaving as well as making sure the outside world don't try to harm them in ways there young mind might not understand yet

For some reason it works really well but my kids say that they don't want a game anymore and It won't let them uninstall it

I really enjoyed this app, I could see pretty much everything om my daughters phone and limit certain apps and time restraints, really great, just wish her new windows phone (android phone died) supported it or i'd still have this app.

So far so good. Missing a couple text messages I sent out. No showing up. Hoping that's the only issue I have so far.
