The App has stopped working for the last one month for both my kids ( on both android and iphone). Tried every trick in the book: update, reinstall, logout, login: No Luck We have paid in full for the year, but I have received absolutely zero response from the support id despite sending 5 mails on the subject.

Not showing the trip when bus left the school. This is not the good app and does not display the route and the msg are also not deliver on time. We get the school left msg after the child reaches at home. Pathetic service and not reliable.
