Laser Appraiser

You MUST have this app if you are a dealer. Anything else and your in the stone age comared to any competitive dealer. I don't know how bad this app used to be years ago from those few bad rstings, but at least since 2016 till now that I have used it, it has made my decisions much less stressful and made car buying and selling a breeze.

Victoria Wingate saved me when I needed her. She stayed late at work to make sure my app was working correctly before I went to the auction early the next morning. Victoria is by far the best person I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. She went above and beyond. Thanks again!!

Interesting, vin viper is not on the Android platform...also does not have MMR or autotrader. Vin viper simply has inferior data

Manhiems apple app is totally free but this is 100 a month... i will just wait till they build an app for android.

Doesn't work with Cliq camera

Just don't lie and call yourself free and waste my time installing and uninstalling. And its just predatory to require a number to be solicited on.

Awesome customer service awesome app

This is a critical everday tool that I need to do business. It works great on co workers Iphones but is unuseable on my android. Clicking fields to input miles does not work. No cursor appears nor the info your trying to input. Please make this useable as its the only appraisal app my dealer group uses.

The app does not work with Kit Kat on the droid Maxx and apparently Laser Appraiser doesn't care because it's been this way for months. Bye bye Laser Appraiser and hello Provision!

The app does not work with Kit Kat on the droid Maxx but, if you use the browser view and turn the transitions off, the browser works perfect. I am using the Chrome browser which seems to work pretty well. The application works better when the app view is working but this is tolerable while they fix the app view.

App was working great until my Moto X was updated to Kit Kat and now it barely works at all. Good app, needs updating! App still doesn't work. Going to have to cancel subscription until an update for KitKat is released.

The app works great! The customer service is great as well! I love the scanless features of Manheim & Adessa!
