This app doesn't work!! It tells me that it can't connect to my pharmacy for some reason now. This is beyond annoying and inconvenient. I see I'm not the only one having this issue so maybe you guys should try and fix the problem with your app so that we can actually use it!!

Drives me crazy, always tells me there was a problem connecting to my pharmacy or if I do get through, it shuts down or tells me there was a problem submitting my request and makes me sign in over and over.

Keeps telling me I can't log on, check Internet, I haven't even got to try it yet.

Worked fine until a few weeks ago. The app stops when you try to submit the rx.

Can't log on to "My Profile"! This app hasn't worked for over a month. My Pharmacist even called and was told you were working in it. That was a month ago. I've submitted 3 "reports" of malfunction and gotten absolutely no response from anyone. I used to love this app it was very convenient and you had a list of all your meds in one place. HELP! HELP! HELP! PLEASE!

The supposed "main" screen, doesn't even give the option of scanning for a refill (any more). This app has gone from BAD to WORSE. It was never a great app to begin with, but it was all our pharmacy offered. If they paid you to put them on the app, they and all the other pharmacies deserve their money back.

This was a great app until the last week. I cannot log in. It says there is a connection problem. Reinstalling doesn't work, and I also have a co-worker who uses the app and it does the same to her.

Like everyone else my app isn't working now either. I wonder if anyone is checking these reviews.

With a large family this was great for making sure everyone had the meds they needed. Until it quit connecting to the pharmacy. Now it's less than useless.

Worked great til last update now it's just space taken on phone, uninstalled. Sad to see it fail, I used it often.

It worked at first, now all tells me is "make sure your connected" . I have no problem connecting to any other app...I suggest you fix the problem on your end!

Worked great now I can't log in or anything. Does not even recognize my email address

It doesn't get the job done about 75% of the time now. I'm having to change to a different pharmacy since this has been the only way I have to communicate with them due to schedule.

I've used this app for a long time. Now I can't get it to open. This is the app our pharmacy uses and I use it to refill my husbands meds when I can't make it to the pharmacy. Please fix it.

When this app works, it's great. However, it's very inconsistent in its ability to connect or submit a refill request.

Keeps crashing hasn't loaded in a week I've uninstalled and re installed but not fix. Worked for a bit then back to same.

This app was great until it started telling me that it couldn't connect to the pharmacy.

Was working somewhat. Now after resting pasword, uninstalling the app reload after a complete shut down. The app still cannot conect to the pharmacy! After over 35+ year in the IT industry, this is the "worst of breed" app implementation of any software that I have ever seen. As a former CEO of an international IT company, this would had gotten the conpany fired for putting out crap like this app!

App has a few glitches yet, but it will be 5 stars once cured

Won't allow me to log-in through the app, although I can through the website...grrr

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it worked. Wasn't working earlier today and all last week. Now not working :(

App will not connect to pharmacy. Would like price of meds to be on notice or email.

This app was a great app until just recently. It tells me that it can't connect to the pharmacy and to check connections. My connection is great so I called the pharmacy to see if anyone had reported issues and they said no. The pharmacy looked on their side of the house and didn't see any issues. They had no idea what was wrong or how to resolve it. Boooooo

Use to use it all the time, for months and it was worth 5 stars. The last few months it is getting worse, it says can't connect to pharmacy, check your connection. it says that when ever I try to log in now. How does a good app get absolutely worthless? Ineptness on the programmers part? Are they even trying to fix it.

Was working perfectly until just a month ago maybe. Now isn't working. Says it can't verify RX # & Invalid #. I l8ved this app. Please fix. I will change my rating if you fix it.

rx2go no longer works

Every time I open this app, I have a problem! Examples : "you are not connected to Internet " or I can't SIGN IN ! I really can't count on it to make my orders online.

All the sudden it just wont connect to the pharmacy. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Please fix!!!!

Worked great untill recently. Will not connect to pharmacy. That is kind of an important, for a refill.

Doesn't recognize the prescriptions anymore

Hasn't worked for a week, since last update, but kept at it and today started working again, WHEW!!

Love it but since the last update it gives an error that it can't connect to the pharmacy.
