Shign

Shign App is het specifieke en interactieve enquête-instrument waarmee u beoordelingen van uw professionele serviceomgeving (bijvoorbeeld kantoor en onderwijs) kunt melden. Shign nodigt u via de app periodiek uit om een selectie van kenmerken van de serviceomgeving in uw directe nabijheid te beoordelen. Via het online dashboard kan de beheerder real-time resultaten monitoren.

De app is onderdeel van het integrale serviceconcept van Shign B.V. Na het langdurig verzamelen van gebruikersfeedback geven statistische analyses inzicht in de mate waarin welke aspecten van de serviceomgeving bijdragen aan de prestaties van gebruikers. De klant wordt vervolgens voorstellen gedaan om evidence-based interventies in de serviceomgeving door te voeren om gebruikersprestaties te verbeteren.

HOE WERKT HET- U logt eenvoudig in met uw emailadres en wachtwoord. U vult eenmalig een beperkt aantal persoonskenmerken in en geeft aan hoe vaak u van de app een notificatie wilt ontvangen om de serviceomgeving te beoordelen. U kunt daarna uit eigen beweging een gerichte vragenlijst starten door uw actuele locatie te selecteren vanuit een keuzelijst. U wordt vervolgens gevraagd een beperkt aantal facilitaire kenmerken van uw directe omgeving te beoordelen. Als u de App afsluit zult u gedurende werkdagen in de frequentie die u zelf heeft opgegeven een notificatie ontvangen om de enquête te starten.

LET OP – Om gebruik te maken van deze app dient uw organisatie te beschikken over een Shign account. Zonder een geldig account kunt u weliswaar de app installeren op uw smartphone, echter zal de app u niet herkennen als u probeert in te loggen. Aan het gebruik van de Shign App is een tijdlimiet verbonden. Deze is met uw organisatie overeengekomen. Na het verstrijken van deze periode kunt u niet meer inloggen. HOW DOES HET You simply log in with your email address and password. Without a valid account, you can indeed install the app on your smartphone, but the app will not recognize if you try to login. is a time limit associated with the use of the Shign App. This has been agreed with your organization. After the expiry of this period, you can not log in anymore.
