Rip off....a single train ticket driehuis to uitgeest cost €3.55, so a return costs €7.10 plus €0.50 user fee which = €7.60 The normal price for a return ticket is €5.60....so tell me who,s ripping who off....a disgrace and a con.....

Busreis van 6 minuten kost volgens de OV planner 1,39, maar via deze app 5,50! Dus...

Way too expensive. This app charges me €12,50 for a one way trip while I normally pay €5 cash to the bus driver. Also Belgium stops aren't showing up in the app (some busses drive through Belgium, you know?)

Not useable, while it charges outrageous rates. €12,75 for a one way trip of 5km and 15 minutes. Unfortunately no response to My complaint so removing app again.

The trip from Schiphol Noord to Amstelveen costs €1,77. But using the Tranzer app it is €3,75. Not only that the app does not take in account the JAS (Jaar abonnement schiphol).

I wasn't able to check in or check out in Amsterdam. I probably should have just bought a day card anyhow.

The layout reminds me of route planning apps I already use, so points for the intuitive design. The prices seem to correlate with NS's price predictions now. (I only looked up my usual route so don't take my word for it, check yourself!!!) The only thing I'm not a big fan of is the colour scheme, which is inspired by dark greens, and the fact that paying via PayPal is not an option (yet?). All in all, a useful little app for people that don't travel with public transit very often.

Ik snap dat jullie ook geld moeten verdienen, maar meer dan 50 procent bovenop de normale ticketprijs is een beetje veel. De app ziet er wel erg mooi uit en functioneert prima.

Would love to use it but can't until the metro system is supported.

Could not find route from Ouderkerkerlaan to Amsterdam bijlmer Arena. But there is 356 bus for it.

-Ik voel me weer 10 jaar oud. Toen ook ik verstoppertje speelde. In reviews is sprake van een toeslag. In de faq of op de website? Nope. Verstopt. Ik kom met wat test ritjes uit tussen de 65 en 95 cent. Per ticket. Elke keer weer. -De privacy regels lezen als een James bond roman. Fictie. Fantasie en volledig gelogen. Data bij mailchimp is vogelvrij. Tranzer kan doen en laten wat ze willen. En dan "die andere bedrijven" de schuld geven. -Een kaartje in de bus of tram lopen kan met dezelfde pinpas / credit card als in de app. Maar in de bus betaal je geen extra toeslag. Een treinkaartje vooraf kopen kan net zo makkelijk in de NS reisplanner app. Je hoeft je email niet te verifiëren en je krijgt (gratis!) updates over vertragingen. -Uit het contactadres lees ik dat dit valt onder de privacy killers van translink, dus mijn advies aan iedereen: die het niet. Gebruik de app niet. Betaal niet voor bestaand gratis aanbod. Zéker niet aan het schuim van translink / tranzer. Wat een onzin dat vervoerders hier aan meewerken! Betalen per kilometer? Neuh.
